Our stay started very badly. We booked a beachside suite which stated that it had panoramic views and we particularly wanted ocean views from the room. Upon arrival we were given a suite with no sea view, just garden view. Despite politely complaining we were given no other option than to pay more to upgrade. Following my finally getting upset at the situation and the assistant manager not allowing us to cancel the booking the general manager was contacted by phone who upgraded us for nothing.
However after this was sorted we found the rooms to be very nice, the hotel was quietly romantic, the pools and beach were relaxing and I highly recommend this hotel for its restaurant food, awesome breakfast.

The room that we stayed was villa 1 which is right in front of the beach. Staff were very helpful and well trained. However , there's no welcome drink at the arrival which was a little bit disappointed. Our room was very clean and well maintainaced. Swimming pool is great. For overall I think every couple would enjoy this place.
