Our room have been upgraded from garden pool villa to paradise, nice and friendly staff. Quick response. But the breakfast is fine, not much choices and the swimming pool is small. One bad thing is the private pool and the outdoor waterfall bathtub are very dirty with inserts, we can't enjoy them. Free shuttle bus service is great to visit citycentre.

a good price to upgrade to a 8 ppl room. it has a bigger pool.

the place is nice but it is not clean enough. the staff is not very helpful for such as breakfast time and refill the stuffs. and there are not much shuttle bus to downtown.

Dhevan Dara Resort & Spa is a resort with a quiet nature. Ideal for relaxation. But the resort is far from the city.The rooms are comfortable, clean and large rooms there is a lawn area with green eyes and felt relaxed.

Location is not good, too far from beach and town. Price is not worth for.

The lights in the pool were faulty, so I called for a repair. The guy came in & told me that there's a fuse problem, then he just disappeared! I called the service hotline, they asked me to wait, but I ended up waiting for the whole night & next day!
I left my necklace in the safe, so I called & asked if the hotel can check it for me, but it took them 2 days to reply after countless calls.

I was stay with the garden view room type for 2 nights. For the third night, I was book as garden pool view type. The hotel upgraded my room to Paradise suit Pool villa. It really great and appreciate for us.
