Very nice view from theroom and the staff were very polite. a bit noisy from the swimming pool even you are on the high floor Good location,very polite staff

Excellent Poolside....
Great service.... Rooms are looking worn and dated.....It's time for a remodel.....
And the room smelled of smoke!!!!
Shuttling into Hua Hin.... I felt like your maid service and pool service were the friendliest staff at the resort. Although the front desk was not at all rude, they were not as friendly as the Thai People I seem to meet daily....
I Visit Thailand regularly 4 times a year and I am very familiar with the friendliness of staff at hotels in Thailand......
Again, I had a great stay, but felt like the front desk staff could have made more of an attempt to at least smile... after all, Thailand is "Land of Smiles".
The drivers of the shuttle service were not overly friendly either. I did notice it was a service provided.
If I would have been acknowledged and helped in and out of the van, I would have tipped the driver...
If he didn't care about me,,,
then I don't tip,,, simple as that.
Your housekeepers were divine...
Very attentive, pleasant, friendly and great service.
Restaurant Tip : Love the restaurants on the piers over the water in Hua Hin....
Night market is a must, but only requires no more than an hour.

Sometime i confuse
about the warm and cold faucet.
This is the first time that we stayed at Dusit Thani Hua Hin Hotel.
We like the swimming pool that nearly 50 M. lenght and lovely Jacuzzi.
Staffs and Receptions are very welcome and lovely.
Many guests when we stayed, but not trouble.
The beach is very clean and look privacy.
Our room terrace can see the garden and swimming
pool from the top...yeah we like it.

Nice warm welcome from their staffs from bell boy to receptionist, very polite and helpful.
Big swimming pools, many restaurants inside the hotel.Private beach Far from Hua Hin City.
Limited car park.
we spent our weakend just one night and we impressed with thier services,we love thai buffet on friday night with variety foods, also delicious.All staffs are friendly and helpful.
The room is clean and washroom is nice, but the water is not strong enough and TV is still old model.
Restaurant Tip : Thai foods buffet is very exellence with many menus, and delicious too.

Buy some fresh fruits, food in the city market.
Shopping Tip : Don't miss "Golden Place", it is a supermarket along the big road (you can ask locals, everybody knows) they have a lot of organic snacks, drinks, fruits and vegetables.

All in all, a good place for family with kids who like to spend the whole day in the pool. Not much else to do, unless you book a tour. If you book this hotel, get it with at least breakfast included. Check the room for cleanliness - we had to request another room because the bed skirt had some strange spots on it and the bathroom and the walls had some black stuff on it.
Travel tip : Hotel provides free aerobic class between 4:30 & 5:30, and very few people attend. Also, horseback riding might be of interest to some people.

All rooms have a beautiful view. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and were cleaned to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. Since we were there two years ago the entrance, bar and restaurants have all been refurbished and were excellent. We had a wonderful time. Bar drinks a little expensive although 2 drinks for price of one during happy hour. Can't wait to return.
Restaurant Tip : Beach barbecue with seafood fantastic and excellent value.

At the beach turn left, great local cafe and massages, cheap. And do go to the spa sauna for 100 baht at hotel. Great. Rooms and bed comfortable. The pillows are the best as are the doonas.
Shopping Tip : Don't buy from resort shop. We got the same elepahant candle insence burners less than half price at airport.

Receptionist will forward all the time greeting customers as guests. For more information call the officers to call the tune on booking a less polite. Rooms have air in the water drop and 2 rooms. Hotel is easily noticed all the labels that clearly tell love from reception hall to the room. A quiet atmosphere. A private tropical swimming pool, a wide pool, heated whirlpool created especially liked ครับ. W ะ children here. Daughter rather than allow more time. to play. The beach is private. Have enough seats to stay. The guest and when we need help with receptionist. Is very sensitive ครับ phone.
Restaurant Tip : Before the hotel. To a restaurant. Shop Name mackerel. Cheap and good atmosphere, or we will drive you all to find what the market was not far no ครับ.
