The location was far from Cha-am beach--about 8km.
Buildings are very old and needs repainting and renovation.
The hotel wasn't hard to find as there are signs to guide tourists even though it is quite remote from the beach road. However, the hotel buildings are very old and haven't been repainted for several years.

the location s very bad because far from the city. You have to pay 300 bath to go in the city (one way) to eat. The staff don't speak english. The hotel is very old and i seems to be quited. rooms are old and there is a lot of insects. moreover there is a little beach with a swimming pool very cold and not very clean... don't go!!!!
