Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Terrible service. Illed manner, unpleasant and awful service that I have never encounter in 4-5 star hotels.
Hotel: below than average...nothing to say 4-5 stars...should be a lot less. Spacious room but no free wi fi internet and no slippers as stated on website. In room service...yes but no menu...unless call for one. If staying at sea view cannot use restaurant at sea view like the Italian restaurant for example....if you want to go there it's your own business to walk outside the hotel building on wet grass ad under the sun!! Imagine this is the dining place inside the hotel but you cannot use it!!!! Oh what shall I say...never ever experienced this!!! Everything is locked up as if they're afriad of the customers wandering around. so good if you want to lock youself up inside your old room then this is perfect!! The manager even asked" are you the guest staying here?" What a weird question!! If not being the guest, why on earth being there??? Blurr....plus empty, freaky...no guests only 3 rooms out of over 200 that were occupied during my two nights stay!!!!
Location; no private beach, at the end of the road so need car. Go to hotels in Hua hin is better since this place is almost closer to Hua hin.
don't expect facillities here and service...if looking for one then you will be frustrating as I have been. If I haven't paid everything I definitely checked out the moment I checked in!!! What a freaky nightmare and what a waste of money and all.......Bad..absolutely in my opinion. Check in and out too much times taken. One hair was seen on bath tap with a shower leakage!

New, large rooms and bathrooms, nice pools.
Beach is not at all inviting, far from any town activities.
The Grand Pacific is a new hotel so it very nice. The grounds are extremely nice with the three swimming pools. I had a mountain view room was great, better than a pool room or sea view room. The room was large and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was large although I was surprised to see a modular shower but it was good with two shower heads and great water pressure. I got a great rate with Agoda and was happy with the room. The beach in front of the hotel is not worth going to and the hotel is a bit far from any activity in town.

Spaicious, well designed rooms
Luxurious powder room and bathroom
Pleasing Thai style architecture
Steep ramps for wheelchairs
Meandering access routes to the swimming pools with multiple steps up and down
Public balconies only accessible for guests from the pools
The rooms at the Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort & Spa are spacious and well-designed with a daybed conveniently tucked away in the corner. The large bathtub and powder room adds an air of luxury. The Italian restaurant was superb! The hotel staff was extremely accommodating for a wheelchair bound occupant though the hotel itself is built on many levels with steep ramps and stairs.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Marudkataywan Palace built by King Rama VI in the early 1900's is a few minutes from the hotel. This teakwood palace faces a pristine beach in a serene nature park. Sarongs are provided for guests who are wearing shorts. (Open from 8:00-4:00)
