Lovely resort, absolutely retarded management.
Pool areas are nice, but thats about it.
3.7
The resort has some potential, but the management is nothing short of horrible. The rooms are overpriced and the location is pretty lacking. But the worst part is the way that the resort is divided up into a "residence" and a "tower" area. If you stay here, you are not allowed to access the residence area, meaning your key will not open any doors. Unfortunately, it is those same doors that lead to the pool, the beach, the restaurants, etc. So, even though you are a guest of the hotel, you are basically a second class citizen. If you want to go to the nice pool, the beach or the restaurants you need to exit out the lobby at the front of the hotel, walk outside and down a small street that leads around the hotel to the street behind it, and then enter from the back of the building. It is absolutely retarded that they make guests leave the resort to access things that are in the resort. Even though many complained about this during our stay, the reply from the hotel was that they did not want the residence area disturbed by hotel guests.
The brunch was terrible. There was not enough staff and we ended up sitting at a table that had dirty dishes piled high, which remained there until we finished eating and added our dirty dishes to the pile. We asked repeatedly if we could get the table cleaned and were ignored. The man working the coffee machines yelled at my wife and I saying that he was to busy to make coffee and marched off. We complained to the manager, but it was obvious that there is a boys club in place and even though he acknowledged we were right, he did nothing about it.
Overall, the resort has potential. It is a pretty place, and it could be so much better than it is. It's a shame really. What they need is to replace all of the management and replace them with someone who is remotely concerned with all guests, and not just the people in the residence area.
It was insulting. Pick another place.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Stay somewhere else, anywhere.

Great views in quiet location
7.7
great hotel with wonderful views and surprisingly extensive breakfast buffet. location of the hotel is rather secluded so a motorbike or car is recommended. a little disappointed that the three pools close at 7pm already.

Ah, just a bit more for security system may cause you a bit complicate to up elavator or pass through another zone/building since the key card is not allow u to get in difference area that u stayed. you must spend time for walk longer than should be.

New and full services hotel
Good security control and large room
8
The hotel is on Chaam beach with a road in between the hotel and sea. Fully equipped four star hotel with 3 swimming pools. The room is large with a build-in closet and ocean view. There are many type of rooms to choose either tower or residence units. Good variety of breakfast to suit your appetize. There are many customers since there is function rooms for group seminar so there is a bit crownd for morning breakfast. One comment is it is hard to find a way to hotel parking since there is no sign and need to stop by and ask the security guard. Many customers also have the same issue and need to drive around to find a way into hotel parking.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Not far from either Chaam city center or Hauhin night market. However need a car to go to both locations.
