The Grand Passific in Cha Am is totally perfect This was our first stay, and not the last.
The hotel is the best we ever have been visiting.
The standard,staff, service, excellant.
We will recommend the hotel to other people as much as we can, and will return as soon as possible to enjoy another stay. Thank you very very much

extremely expensive breakfast(600 thb per person} A nice building , poor service in house, expensive breakfast taking advantage that there are no shops near by, or transport available, the beach exists only at low tide and when populated it is dirty,i will not reccomend to anyone to spend your money in Chan Am, Hua Hin is not far away and it is a total different world .
Travel tip : Hua Hin is only a 15 minutes drive away and would be our choice next time

Great Seaview from the hotel room.
Nice sun rise view in the morning. Have to walk outside the hotel building to get to level 1 swimming pool We were very happy to stay at this hotel. The hotel has great sea view rooms with incredible view of the cha-um beach including three swimming pools. The location was good, with close distance to both the Huahin night market and the Chaum "Sapan-pla". Parking was a small problem as they have limited parking spaces so we had to park outside the hotel, otherwise everything else were excellent.
Nightlife Tip : Must visit Huahin night market.

everything I liked, especially the pool and the room Although the beach at this area is not so beautiful, I could enjoy my stay at this hotel very much! The atmosphere of this hotel was full of luxury, especially I liked the room and swimming pool. The room has a luxury bath room which I really liked.
I had dinner at the ltalian restaurant and it was good place to have dinner.

Clean, nice and wide room, good breakfast and service, friendly staff.
Nicely decorated internal territory, good and clean swimming pools. Location is not convenient to move out.
The beach at that area is not so nice and it's public.
There is nothing around the hotel. Location is not convenient to move out (to Hua Hin) if you do not have your own car/bike.
Taxi is not available in that area, so there is only way is to use car-service from the hotel, which is not so cheap.
Finally, the hotel itself is very good if you do not plan many visiting activities around the area.
There is Wi-Fi available in the room, which was not cheap, but provided very good speed.

service agents are very friendly and nice the beach at that area is not beautiful This hotel is located at Cha-am which is not far from Bangkok, and very convenient to reach there by driving. The hotel & facilities are very new and clean. As well as the staff are very nice and friendly. Moreover, they have special workshop at the lobby which is really interesting i.e. painting nails. In conclusion, it's ok to stay at the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Chomview seafood resturant at Sa-pan-pla area

personeel, de kamers, het zwembad leker eten. We boekten dit hotel op het laatste moment en hadden niet zo goed op het internet kunnen kijken. Onze monden vielen open, wat een schitterend hotel is dit. De kamers zijn super en het uitzicht geweldig. De zwembaden, die in elkaar over lopen vande 4e naar de 3e, zien er sprookjesachtig uit. Wanneer je aan het einde van de vakantie nog even wilt relaxen, ga dan gewoon hier naar toe. Met de leuke tuktuk van het hotel, kun je 4 maal per dag gratis naar Cha-Am gebracht worden. Ongeveer 3km, dus een keer ergens anders eten is geen probleem. Wij vinden het hotel een aanrader.

Hotel service, decoration, swimming pool and breakfast. Beach is a bit disappointing. The hotel is situated across a small street from the public beach area. It is a nicely decorated hotel with lots of friendly staff. Breakfast at the hotel is very nice with an abundance of food & beverage selection. Two pool areas at the hotel are also very nice. However, the public beach is not very scenic, and maybe a bit dirty in a few spots.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Highly recommend going to Hua Hin, which is a 10-min drive from the hotel, where the night market is quite amazing with all sorts of food and souvenir shopping.

the staff were very attentive and the rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean . Liked the fact wasn't at busy end of Cha'am . Could maybe be a little closer into Cha'am for some people as quite a walk if you don't like walking. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we couldn't fault the hotel ! We had a lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble - the staff were attentive but not overbearing ! The pools were all magnificent as was the interior of the hotel - we just lazed at the pool for the entire week as this was just a chilling out week on the way home from Australia . Would definitely stay again.

New Hotel with nice decorations. Good services. Great for couple/lovers. If planning to go with friends make sure you have plan for bathroom since there is no door and it is a glass wall.

Location was very good. On the beach. Quiet location but access the beach traffic and shopping by walking for Grand Pacfic transportation. All services were superior in quality. Food was excellent. Movement between different areas of the facility were limited due to security measures and guests privacy. However, staff were very gracious and helpful. The hotel is very attractive located on the beach. The view of the three infinity pools seemed to join the sea without interruption. The location was easy to find, quiet but near shopping and beach vendors and shops. The staff gave excellent service in all areas of service. The food was excellent. The New Year celebration was the best we have experienced. The Casino theme was planned for all age groups and family members to enjoy. The days from 13:00 hrs until after midnight was filled with activity, scheduled and well planned. Superb.
Travel tip : The beach, shopping, restaurants.

new, big room, nice decorations, good food, walking distance to the beach. we haven't heard about this hotel until we saw it in the website. It's probably the best hotel in the area. The decoration is nicely and neatly done. It s beautiful! the service is good. the room is spacious and the furniture is well maintained. ABF provide quality food and it tastes good! despite all the good points, the pools are more like for sunbath not for swim. My parents are very pleased with this hotel and we had a good weekend there. Thank you Agoda!

Everything look like brand-new.
My room type: Deluxe Mountain View. it's large more than i hope. restroom so grand and comfortable. i like material of floor, it's look clean and splendid. Balcony, i think that too small area. Lamp in my room so good design.
Swimming pool: nice decoration but Swimming pool at Resident zone walk rather far.
Service is good.
Card secure it's safe for me.
i hope i will come back here next time again.
Restaurant Tip : "Paak-Klong" (seafood Thai) at Ruamjit Road, North CHA-AM. It's so yummy. i recommend.

There is nothing around the hotel This hotel is quite nice.The hotel staff are very frindly and smart.Room is wide and clean.Design is good, too.It has two pools but maybe guest can use only one pool.They are seperated by room category.But both of them are nice.Location is not so bad.It faces the beach.

the main thing we found that it was very clean and was very beautiful. it has good hotel spa massage etc at very reasonable rate it did not have any weak points i like this hotel very very much as it has all the good things which i need when i go for holidays. we are strictly vegetarian and when then found out the created veg. food for us. not only they cook seperately but also they used new utensils and helped us in all the ways. i will surely next time visit this hotel in future and also recommend my friends to see it at least one time.thanks a lot for making my holidays so memorable
