Not full service resort but it is beach front

Stayed in this resort that happen to coincided with a long weekend holiday in Thailand. Therefore was charged with higher peak rate and given the last room in the resort which had holes in the wooden floors and shower cubicle water is clogged, so water is flowering to entire bathroom. Told the front desk about this situation, and they gave me a form to fill out for feedback to management. WIFI is very problematic because you have to login using their logon and password that they issue everyday. WIFI signal is also lousy. A trip to the town area costs 300B one way because hotel is 10km away from town. Unlikely to stay there again.
