Location is great, pool is great, staff are great, every room has a view, walked to everything...
Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our Thailand trip. after 4 nights in Bangkok with riots in the streets it was great to reach the peace and quiet of Hau Hin. Our rooms were excellent, well appointed with good sized bathrooms, beds were a bit firm but otherwise good. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was included even though our booking specifically said it wasn't! The Hotel is in one of the best locations in Hau Hin. You can walk to everything. Markets, restaurants, shops, money change, bars..but the rooms are very quiet, no disturbance from the streets below. Also great views from every room. If I return to Hau Hin I will definitely stay here.

Beach is a bit small in front of hotel
Lifts are quite slow at peak time
It was great spending 2 nights with an upgrade to club floor. The room is well fitted with super conformable beds and a fully open bathroom to enjoy the sea view while bathing. The balcony with lifted chair is great as well.
The huge swimming pool is quite enjoyable, it's a shame that beach is so narrow in front of the hotel but very convenient to swim in the sea and shower or jump in the pool at right after.

Excellent service and location
Beach close to hotel has rocks, but go little to left and its ok!
Very nice hotel and ask for a high floor and you will have an amasing view. Hotel is near to many bar streets and sea food restaurants, but still rather quiet compared to Pattaya and Phuket as King lives here. Close to Bangkok so if you are looking for a weekend getaway with partner its a perfect place especcially if you enjoy golf...
