The location is excelllent - first rate restaurants and bars within walking distance and easy access from the town. Wonderful eclectic breakfast. Beach side 5 star accommodation.
Entrance, i.e. arriving and leaving needs more attendance by staff. Overall "insouciance" from the staff. No morning newspapers, no wireless connection (without paying) and toiletries scant and not replaced on our second day.
Our two night stay at The Hilton Hua Hin was overall an enjoyable experience. Pool-side the attention to detail is v. good and the setting very picturesque and the accommodation very comfortable However, we have stayed at many Hilton Hotels and were disappointed in the service received here. Not a "flagship" Hilton hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Brasserie de Paris is within walking distance from the Hilton and the food is delicious, creative and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I visited Hua Hin during the a very busy season - with all of the guest and excitment there was no change in the quality of service that accompanies Hilton hotels.

reception , service boy and maid are very excellent service
service at breakfast restaurant except the person who service for juice at mini bar(he is very nice guy)
In the overview for the hotel that is very good impression. We(my family) are interesting to visit him again in next time and need the manager to improve the service person in restaurant to have more service mind better than now.
Restaurant Tip : At Hua Hin has many nice restaurant ,nearest one is Cheng Talay etc. It has a good taste food and cheap price. Other place would like to recommend that name is Chom Talay , near with Hua Hin Airport. This place is very nice,good taste food with suitable price.
