Clean hotel with helpful staffs

Our last minute booking turn out ok. Even though they do not have double bed room available when check in, staff is willing to help you to adjust the bed as request. Hotel is very clean and suitable for family with kids.
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel located next to outdoor bar.

Have travelling Thailand for over thirty years and was not impressed. Hotel is on the main road no where near the beach or shops and is a taxi run from Hua Hin or Cha Am. The hotel has to transport you to the beach and bring you back.
Nothing in the hotel coffee shop. All food is brought from the Giants restaurant which is down the road so food is cold and covered in clingfilm when received. The Hi4 pub and restuarant is not in the hotel.
Breakfast is served in the morning nothing else.
Stayed one night and left. Next day booked into to a Hotel in Cha Am.

nice hotel, but far from city

I was looking for a short getaway here and was lazy to travel too far to the city and the hotel has a few disco, ktv rooms just below and beside the hotel making me save the trouble of traveling far. hotel service was only available at the front desk as this is a mixture of hotel and condo for residents. food from the hotel seems nice too.

Nice hotel but location was far from town centre

We stayed here for 2 nights as a layover between Bangkok and Koh Samui, the accommodation was clean and generally well maintained. Breakfast was a buffet style and served with a smile. Staff were friendly and informative but their English was limited, this was fine though, after all we are visiting their country and their English was way better than our Thai.
Our only complaint was the location, we would have preferred something closer to the town or at least walking distance but this hotel is definitely a tuk tuk, taxi or bus ride, the local buses stop right outside the hotel and are easy to catch. There is a beach close to the hotel, however we didn't see it and chose the beaches on the South side of the town.
Shopping Tip:
Hau Hin's night market has some of the nicest smelling and tasting food I've ever had

Great hotel and service

Great place to stay. It was nice taking the local Bus to the market. buses, really pick up trucks, run every 10 minutes or so and cost 10 BHT.

Very good location, near the airport, Department store, Night life and city center.

The room was excellent like the picture on the web and reasonable price. There was a convenience strore in front of the hotel which made it easy to find stuff for us. The hotel located on the main road, just 5 mins driving to the beach and 10 mins to city center. Breakfast is good and also friendly staff. Recommended :)
Nightlife Tip:
There was a night club next to the hotel but for those who prefer to find Thai food, you may take a taxi to the night market in town. Not too far :)

Nice review the hotel. Seaview room. Modern room. Cleanliness and good receptionist. Nice swiming pool.
