Room condition is very good. It is clean and bright. The bath room is clean and well desgined. The hotel is fully booked. Adjusting the reservation is impossible. We were offered to change the room type from what we booked at the minut of checking in. We were so tied from travelling...just want to go straight to our room. The hotel condition is very good. Room is clean. Queen size bed is very comfortable to get good sleep. Breakfast has less variety. Since hotel is so big, to get to the beach we need to take a long walk. However, the beach itself is nice and not very clouded. The hotel staff is friendly. The gym is too small. The excercise machine is out of order.
Travel tip : If you choose to stay at Holiday Inn, I suggest you try seafood dinner at Pa Sangwean. Good quality and reasonable price. It is located near by Sringfield Resort & Spa.

nice big room, friendly staff, great garden, good enterteinment for kids, two big pools, big balcony food is quite expansive, limite choice of food during the off peak hours We stayed at the quite side wing of the hotel, it was perfect for relaxing with a very nice view of the garden and pools, great nature and you could hear many birds. Since it was songkran (thai new year) the hotel organized a free of charge pool splash party, with lot of entertainment not only for small but als grown up kids. The hotel was fully booked but because of the big area and garden and two pools it never seemd crowded...there are jellyfish in the ocean and it is good that the hotel at least warns about them.....definetly this was not my last stay at this hotel....its perfect for a long or normal weekend trip from Bangkok.
There are shuddle busses in to Hua Hin town on a regular base
Restaurant Tip : at around 11:00 am there is a street food vendor on motor bike kitchen around the shopping arcade who sell delicious somtam, gai yang and kao niew ( papaya salat, grilled chicken and sticki rice )

layout, position, charm and helpfulness of staff very expensive breakfasts and internet use We stayed for a restful week at this hotel - our room was delightful, the staff so kind smiley and helpful. Many bars and restaurants to choose from and two pools plus the lovely long beach to choose from. When we wanted to arrange outings and golf the precision of the collections etc were great.It was a perfect situation for a week at the beach between two city stays ( in bangkok and saigon) highly recommended).
Nightlife Tip : Adjacent to the hotel is a small village with many restuarants bars and laundries - we tried three restaurants ( all very tatty) and found the food delicious and so cheap. The Laundry was very efficient and cheap too.

A spacious resort with good size rooms set in large grounds. It was not too crowded. Parts of the hotel facilities are starting to look tired but there seems to be an ongoing maintenance program. The rooms were good. The resort is located north of Hua Hin, and the hotel transport is efficient - the trip takes about 10 minutes. While the resort offers a good range of activities the night life is in Hua Hin and is worth experiencing with lively bars and good restaurants and night markets. The food outlets are all very good, the breakfast while better than adequate needs to improve in style and food quality. The same restaurant provided an excellent evening meal at a very good price. On balance a better than average experience but lacking the high end touch. A good location for families. The mosquitoes in the bar area were irritating for a couple of hours in the evening.
Travel tip : Take the time to walk along the beach and explore the shops behind the beach strip.

A nice place to rest, in a heavenly garden.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are well kept. Transport to Hua-Hin and Cha-am daily.
Hotel Feature Tip : Situated on the beach, two swimming pools with jaccuzzi and pool for the young ones.

Overall a great place to stay. Food, drinks, atmosphere all good. It is a large complex that you need to explore when staying. We will return.
Shopping Tip : Shop on the beach. Turn right, sit down have a drink on the water's edge. The shopping comes to you and the massages are great value.
