I must really say that i appreciate the service, it is genuinely excellent! i was with my gf in the city and i called the hotel for guidance to return to the hotel, the hotel staff calmly did so. What surprises me is after about 15min, they called my hp while i was in the taxi to check that if everything is alright, and told my gf to call the hotel when we are nearby if the taxi is not sure of the direction.
We got off the taxi and thanked the receptionist that called me up..
I am sure this is not a common service anyone can get from any hotel in the world..

Stunning design and tranquil environment.

i loved this place! the style element is outstanding with concrete and wood construction and stylistic, linear, minimalist design. it felt very calm and relaxed,being removed from the other resorts, a huge plus point in my opinion. we ate there for both lunches and dinner and were impressed - taste, presentation and service was all first class.
very good breakfast.
genuinely, i could not fault the experience.

The hotel is quite far from the main road need to go into the Soi and the sign direction to the hotel doesn't locate much enough at the beginning of the Soi which cause confusion. The hotel atmosphere is green and quiet. it's good for people who are seeking for privacy stay. the hotel's design and the decoration is cool. i stay at horizon room type which make me surprised. the room size is very big. the room is well functioning. there's space for living room and working space. the bed amenities is so good. the bathroom is so big especially the hugh rain shower. the room ceiling is high. the room price is not inclusive only breakfast but also the mini bar in room are all free of charge. the price is really worth the stay.
the choices of restaurants may be just a few, but there're varieties food at breakfast and dinner is also good. overall staff service is good. the spa is also good. the spa price is reasonable.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the hotel provide free wifi. you can enjoy you stay at two choices of pools or enjoy beach front of hotel. the staff provides free welcome drink at the beach during your relax time too.

Still stunning as I remember
The design and their bathroom is unique, but this time we love the beach

We went to stay on Friday night to Sunday lunch time. The hotel offered what we have looking for in a quite relaxing weekend with out 1.5years old sun. The dring that offered for us free of charge on the beach was an unexpected but great!
The only thing that we was happy with is the afternoon tean that has been cancel, but still shown in the welcome book.

No comment. everything is great. I like shower room, very enjoy with bathtub and shower. In room, free snacks, beers and cokes, is good. Great TV audio.

Really was just what I expected this hotel to be and more. The entrance was grand marble steps. Minimalist and modern, Very Zen. I made a mistake in the booking and Agoda was able to work it out with the hotel. So that was great. The bathroom is a must see. You literally take a rain shower smack in the middle of the bathroom floor. Very romantic and fresh. The breakfast was fantastic selection of foods that changed daily. Two somewhat minor complaint is the beach was not so great. Full of shells and rocks at some places. And the hotel had no fitness room.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
better have your own car or renting , it's quite hard to get the public transportation over there
