The Hua Hin Hillside Resort is a newly opened luxury hotel just six kilometers away from Hua Hin town center. Rooms have great scenic views of the neighboring golf courses and distant limestone cliffs and are equipped with modern amenities including high speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV and mini bar. Cocktails and juices are available at the bar and coffee shop and the restaurant excels at fresh local seafood and Thai dishes. The well equipped business center provides professional support for business travelers and the pool and massage services are a great way to unwind after a long tiring day.
Please be informed that the hotel provides complimentary stay for children under the age of 12, however 100 Baht will be charged upon check in for breakfast. Please be informed on 31 December 2011 there is a compulsory dinner which will be arranged by the hotel (Thai-International Buffet). There will be a surcharge for Adults @ 550.- / Child @ 300.-(Children under 4 years F.O.C). Included in the price is free 1 Wine (Glass) or 1 Fruit punch/pax ). The dinner price does not included beverages.
Children and extra beds:Guests over 12 years old are considered as adults. Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose, please check the individual room policy for more details.

the hotel buffet style breakfast was very limited (being a Thai hotel with 98% of guests being Thai, the choice of breakfast was severely limited (unless one like to eat chicken frankfurters with garlic, pepper, and onion first thing in the morning!).As an Englishman with a Thai wife and two children,the following are reasons why I will definately not be booking this hotel again:
1. The hotel proudly advertises "cable TV", however, all the channels are in Thai except for the TV in reception!
2. There is a large metal frame canopy hanging over the balcony. This prevents you from getting any kind of view, which is a shame as waking up with a view of the mountains would have been nice;
3. The curtain in our room did not close properly;
4. On the most busiest day of the year, the lift was out of order. The lift and the building claim to be 7 years old. However, everything looks a lot older.
5. Despite how they appear in photos, the rooms are small. We stayed in a superior room;
6. The breakfast was so disappointing, that we had to eat again soon afterwards. It was as if we were being watched continually. On Thursday, 16th April, without any warning, we were told that there would not be a buffet breakfast, it would be A La Carte instead?
7. The bathrooms looked old and decrepid. The bathrooms are small and are nothing like the photos .
