The town area itself can easily be navigated on foot, from the markets to the restaurants and bars. Internet is very cheap, 1st twenty minutes free.
Location is good, staff are friendly, and the swimming pool is private and attractive.
The suite rooms advertised here are not really full suites, more like a room with an entrance area to take off shoes. They also do not have a balcony, and the view is over car park not the garden shown.
Cushions (not the pillows) on the bed were stained.
The discount offered by Agoda on the walk in rate was for rooms with out a balcony tucked away at the end of a long corridor. It had the feeling of a converted shop-house in these parts.
The room, while nice, was not special. I have had better deals in Hua-Hin and all over Thailand in general during my 5 years of living here... and certainly in the low-season.

The resort is quiet and private;
The spa and massage place is just right down stairs;
The staffs were polite.
The room I stayed in had no balcony and was too dark.
Also, the amenities could be better.
I would go back to stay there for just one night but anymore I'd opt for a hotel that can offer more room and amenities.
Other than that, Hua Hin White Sand is good for a night stay.
