The welcome, the rooms, the food, location and the slide
From start to finish the whole break was fantastic. The breakfast is excellent and the service is also what you would expect. The slide keeps kids young and old entertained for hours and hours. Went to the gym and whilst its small it serves the purpose very well. Overall a very enjoyable break.
Nightlife Tip : The night market is a very safe and cheap place to eat your evening meal

Hyatt deliver what you expect for price and seems to be fully booked all the time...
Not centrally located, but a short ride to downtown if looking for some nightlife
Staff is very well trained and the only thing a could complain about is that service in hotel restaurant was a bit slow. Otherwise service was excellent especially at front desk. I think this hotel is perfect for families with children as it located on secluded beach, has a large pool complex with waterslide etc etc

Far from centre, cant swim in sea, expensive!
This is a very pleasant hotel but unfortunately the cons outway the pro's for me personally. You get a smallish room with a glimpse of the swimming pool. Not what I would expect from a hotel of this class. Also I am a business traveller and the internet costs are shocking! I could not believe hotels can still get away with charginf £18.00 per day for something most hotels offer as an incentive free of charge. I was appalled! It also seems that this hotel is just interested in one thing...your money! As mentioned I am a business traveller and often called away at the click of a finger, I was called back to Bangkok on business and had to leave in a hurry 2 days before I should have done, they still charges me a full nights accomodation. Disgusting charge for a hotel to charge someone, don't mind a quarter or at the most half...but this is shameful. I will never be staying here again purely for that one reason alone, and the fact it was a long way from the centre. Not happy.
Hotel Feature Tip : DON'T use the internet, they will charge you the earth for the pleasure!

Swimming pool. Hotel activities eg. yoga, aerobics, kids club.
Breakfast buffet very plain.
The club room with the private pool was excellent. The free drinks and snack from 5 to 7pm was a bonus. We love the big pool, slide and
small sand pool for the kids. Beach was ok. We didn't swim, the kids enjoyed building sand castle. My wife love the aqua aerobic. Food is very expensive. The seafood buffet sounds more appealing on the brochure than actual. The breakfast buffet needs more variety. But there are a lot of nice and cheaper
restaurants in town to try. Relaxing and enjoyable one.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Chao Lay seafood restaurant in town.

Quiet, great pools, great buffet at the Regency Club, wonderful new Spa
The Hyatt is situated some kilometers outside Hua Hin on the wonderful, clean beach. You need to take a taxi to the center and the hotel has some shuttle services. There are daily activities in the hotel and on the beach you can kite surf or ride horses. For the rest there is not much to do then relax in the sun or swim in the sea or in one of the great pools. The new Barai Spa is wonderful. If you take the Regency Club, there’s a wonderful buffet with drinks and great appetizers.
Hotel Feature Tip : The Barai Spa is wonderful

Evening cocktails, efficiency and friendliness of staff.
One of the best hotels in Hua Hin - lovely location, regency club members have evening cocktails and pool service throughout the day with drinks and snacks provided from morning until night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : market village - a nearby shopping centre has everything as regards pharmacy, supermarket, starbucks for coffee etc.

The bed was excellent, well decorated with the finest pillows and bedsheet. The bathroom is another thing to be appreciated. For the outside room facility, the swimming pool was far better than I thought. It was the best trip of mine in this year.
Old fat TV,plus, the signal for normal programs was not so good.
The first time I stepped into the hotel, I received a really warm welcome from the staffs of the hotel and the next minute I found myself sitting on the lovely chair in the deskfront. The reception staffs were really gentle and real quick when do things. After a minute or two, she guide me to my room through a really big garden inside the hotel. It was a real pleasure to walk under the tree shade during a hot day.
Anyway, the most exciting thing is yet to come. The room is extremely elegant and classy like I never seen before. The bathroom, the tub and everything are all in open space. It was a real chill out when I took a bath while keeping the balcony door open. Apart from the room, the swimming pool is another thing that I have to mention. My girlfriend and I were really enjoyed with the canal-like pool. Part of them were under the tree shade.
In all, it was the perfect weekend for anyone who want to visit Hua Hin.

The Pool, The Service, The Environment
Far from the City, They put on taxes and service charge on everything
I stayed att Hyatt four days, and i think that everyone should stay there at least once in their life. The Pool area is awsome, i never seen anything like it, so if you like to relax in the pool this is it. The rooms are great, so is the staff.

Superb service. Beautiful Pool and Spa.
Rooms small and decor basic. Expected bigger rooms being a resort.
Very nice Thai restaurant. Beautifully landscaped gardens and architecture.

Beautiful property gardens
Rooms getting a bit tired
Booked at Club Regency king-sized, but on check in was put in single bed room. Complained and talked to 8 differnt people.... no one seemed to be able to handed a problem. Stayed there before and really liked it...this time not as good. Very disappointed since previous visit so good.
Hotel Feature Tip : Have a dring or a light meal at the McFarland House (though difficult to find on hotel property). It is absolutely beautiful!
