The room facing the sea side is very nice and the on the whole staff are helpful.
The breakfast was a bit of a sad event, the counter where cereal was served was full of ants. When we wanted to speak to the manage, for some reason the lady at the reception refused to connect us to him!!
It is a decent property for the price. However, one would assume that if a request is placed to speak to the manager, one should be able to. It is not a luxory place, but a clean quite place.
Nightlife Tip : the nite market and the restaurant in the lane was potentially the best..The meal here was best during the entire stay in Thailand

we think the imperial is a good choice, when staying in hua hin. the pool is nice the rooms are good with balcony, the staff are very helpful and good with the children, the price is ok, and there is a free shulttle to town, so we will recomend this hotel for hua hin. the breakfast is ok to. a nice place to stay. the beach is not so good.

It is a good resort clean room and good staff. Breakfast was good. Nice and quiet place. If u like peaceful atmosphere , this is the place.
Internet expensive, far from night life area. they have shuttle run ever one to two hours.
I stayed this resort for one night. It was a good experience. I would recommend this resort for everone who like peaceful atmosphere. Nice and clean room. Room is quite big and comfortable. Overall It is a great resort on the beach. Very romantic place.No complaint about room and cleaniness.
