Off the beaten path, on the banks of River Pranburi, this secluded resort 30 minutes from Hua Hin, is a nature lover’s paradise. The 40sqrm thatched roof, bright bungalows have large bathrooms and a patio to sit and breathe the clean air. The area attracts artists. If you paint, this is a place to do so. The light and color will enthrall and inspire you. You can go squid fishing, kayaking and swim in the non-chlorinated pool. The national Mangrove Forest Reserve is a five minute walk and you will be amazed by the colorful mud crabs. For a treat, visit the fishing village late afternoon and watch the fleet of boats head out. It is a colorful and memorable sight.

Relaxing and removed from the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin. Very interesting fishing village nearby that you can visit. Someone from the hotel was able to take us to town when we wanted to go. Nice, saltwater pool.

Service was a bit slow when we needed towels or at the restaurant. Very sabai, sabai. The beach needed to be cleaned up some.

Our family had a nice, relaxing vacation at Lawana. We enjoyed the pool and the colorful fishing boats passing by. It is quite remote from HuaHin, about 30 min. away. It was very sabai, sabai (laid back), including the service, at times but it didn't detract too much from our experience.
