Room - Lot of space, nice furbished, clean, high standard. And all those small details. The owner seem to think of everything!

No AC at the pool area and too light weights at the gym (joking). Seriously, there is hardly things to complain about! OK, If you expect a hotel in centrum of Hua Hin with the beach on your door step you shouldn't book it. But myself wouldn't even dream of booking another one the next time we visit Hua Hin

Let me start it this way: if you want find something to complain about you always will. Now, the first thing that surprised us was the room. It was much bigger than we thought, nice decorated and we had all we needed to our absolut comfort. The area is absolutely wonderful with all trees, bushes and flowers - and those water featers here and there. Breakfast was nothing to complain about - but on the other side I am always curious to different cuisine. The hotel is a bit from the centrum but since we rent a bike there was no problem at all. Staff perfomence: it's like saying with a loving family! But remember - you'll get what you give. Treat people with warmth, respect and smile, show patience with there english, behave politely and you will get twice as much back. Ask them whatever you want and they will help you. I would sum it like this: it's a piece of luxury, a piece of heaven in a quite chaotic Hua Hin. We already plan to return and look forward all changes the owner stared with. For us there is only ONE hotel in Hua Hin!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Khao Takiab beach is a "must see" When there try food att Supatra by the Sea and thai massage 7Eleven near the hotel - they have almost everything Nice restaurant Pandington - just 150 from the hotel Market Village - you can't miss it! Try small lokal restaurants and food - where you find lot of thai people you'll get a great food! And don't forget smile and be polite!!! You are guest in their country!!

Clean. Friendly staff, rental motor cycle.

I couldn't recieve wi-fi in Superior room.

We relaxed with hotel staying because our room have Kitchenette, Balcony/Terrace, and guitar. Pool is not so big, but enough to enjoy swiming and relaxing.

Restaurant Tip : There is nice seafood restaurant near Wat Khao Takiab.

Clean. Friendly staff , good iternet connection from your room free is you have your own laptop. Lovely pool, nice room.

No buffet breakfast, just the same everyday, boring. Hot water heater seldom worked, even after repair.

It was fair value for money beacause of discount, I would NOT have been happy to pay the rack price. There is no lift and if you stay on top floor (4th) you have to be fit!Getting to the beach is quite a long walk down the main road and taking a chance to cross it in constant heavy traffic when you feel lucky!

Travel tip : good cheap restaurant (Paddington) 25 metres down from hotel.
