Reasonably priced hotel, with great breakfast, great pool, and decent work out room. Not on the Beach side of the main avenue As always this is a very friendly, calm, relaxing place to stay for several days or a week. At the sizeable morning buffet breakfast one can chat with knowledgeable travelers from all over the world. The free wireless internet for personal PCs allows business and personal contact globally at the touch of a keyboard. The management is always helpful with a new suggestion as to what to see and where to eat in the local region. The evening lights around the pool are exceptionally well done, while if one wants to book a suite with accompanying musical instruments that is available too. You won't have any regrets should you decide it is not an absolute necessity to be on the beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : In the workout room, make sure to ask the manager how the treadmill machine works as it is a bit tricky. Also, ask for tips from Management about what to see in the region & city.

the 25m swimming pool!
friendly staff who went "the extra mile" (eg repairing my lilo when it split, without being asked),
rooms very clean this wad not a problem for us but others should be aware that the town centre/ night bazaar etc are a 100bht tuk-tuk ride away (but only 10bht each by local bus/songthaew) My Way is a comfortable "home from home". The rooms are clean & tidy & the staff are always helpful even though most of them speak little English. One man mended my lilo overnight when i left it next to the bin after it punctured. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order with bacon, eggs, sausage & ham on offer as well as cornflakes, toast, yoghurts, fruit & juices. The pool is a real delight with sun loungers in the sun all day long or in the shade if you prefer. Highly recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go by local bus to Takiab (Chopstick Mountain) for only 10bht. Monkeys roam freely there to the delight of visitors. Don't miss the temples there, both Chinese & Thai & you may be lucky enough to be blessed by one of the monks there.

bright spacious rooms. comfy beds with a duvet!! friendly staff. large pool. breakfast is limited but always fresh. lovely friendly family run hotel. lovely rooms. location slightly out of town but no problem when the bus only costs 20p per person!! would definatly stay here again.
Shopping Tip : market village is a great shopping centre with loads of restaurants, a food court and international fast food outlets. it also has a graet mixture of shops with great prices! it also has a bowling alley upstairs!!
