Terrible stay, extreme noise outside my room fom 8am till late. Upon complaint the managment did nothing at all. Even had audacity to charge for cup of coffee whilst i had to wait for manager to finish his breakfast. Internet very slow, staff unattentitive. all in all my stay was terrible given also poor location with massive construction going on all aroud this hotel.

Lovely family owned hotel
big pool, friendly and helpful staff
8.3
I stayed in that hotel several times and always like to come back. it's a little outside of Hua Hin Center and it's good if you have own transportation. But it's a lovely hotel with nicely decorated rooms, very freindly and helpful staff and a big swimming pool.
Free WIFI in the rooms works great.
I can really recommend this hotel and will definitely come back

the premier room is large with a balcony, wonderful. the downfall was all the construction going on around the property, very noisy. the beach wasn't easy to get to as you had to cross the major highway. we found not going to the beach and hanging around the pool was a lot more convenient. the property had free shuttle service to the night market. the owner was wonderful and very helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
On the street to the right of the hotel the food venders stir fried noodles were wonderful.

So-so location, small rooms, cool vibe.
Musical decor, instruments to play with (in villa), good music at the pool and bar.

As a family of four, we reserved a family suite, only to find we were escorted to a very small room with one bed and nothing else in the room (maybe there was a TV) - no room for even an extra mattress on the floor. Had I not inquired, they would have just put us there without any mention of squeezing a family of four into the room. They explained that they assumed we had only an infant since the reservation said only two adults and did not see any children listed (this is a problem with agoda's website). However, I had emailed to advise there were four of us. They offered us a villa for one night, but said we would have to pay an upgrade charge if we stayed the additional nights in the small room. We opted to search around town and find another, which was no small feat given it was new year's holiday.
All of this said, the pool was very nice and the music was awesome at the pool bar and pool. Our kids enjoyed the keyboard in the villa. The villa layout is a bit odd, but, nice. The hotel location is not walking distance to the beach, but they do offer a shuttle to the beach. We did not use it since we checked out first thing in the morning.
We probably would not stay again because of the somewhat inconvenient location. But, the vibe was really cool. And if you don't need to be close to the beach, or close to the action, it's probably a great hotel - particularly for a couple.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant is currently under construction. It did not look close to finished as of January 1st, 2013. It is not convenient walking distance to others.

Location is not very good. To gain access to the beach you have to cross a major road. The rooms in the newer remodeled building have paper thin walls.

family friendly. very helpful staff, specifically the gm. the 'jazz' building room very good with a large balcony and kitchenette, we were upgraded thanks the other good rooms are the family rooms, which are new and spacious. the studio extra room is too small and was not to our liking at all from all aspects, disappointing! hotel has a lovely big swimming pool and a kids pool. a very helpful hotel owner and his family who are always present and along with their gm make it extremely pleasant & homely atmosphere. guests get a one-way free drop twice in a day to the main center areas, which is certainly helpful.
our dislikes were; hotel is on the other side of the beach, across the main road (8-10min walk). plus the city center and restaurants all at a considerable distance (only by taxi/tuk tuk). hotel does not have room service, hence no food. only light snacks available during the day time. staff does not understand english!!
Shopping Tip:
If you are in to shopping then its the night market & the grand night market areas which are sprawling with the goodies and bargaining is a must!
