The hotel is near railway so noise for everyone. The room is very good for short trip. The bed is uncomfortable if you are so tried from long business or long travel. The best is free wireless everyday. You have to renew username and password from reception but it for free.
Shopping Tip:
FN Factory Outlet is a best shopping in Hua Hin. There have many things all you need. The prices are discount up to 70- 80%. You will get the good items with the best prices.

adequate and good value but there were a few problems...very close to railway line and the hotel still allows rooms to be occupied by a multitude of people and the room walls are thin so do not expect a quiet stay. The Hotel has 5 floors and when we stayed it had no lift but this was being built while we stayed there (more noise). Breakfast was poor and i would advise people to go to the many restaurants around for their morning meal
Restaurant Tip:
good restaurants about 150 meters up the road....especially nice Italian restaurant

Hotel has no elevator. Standard rooms are on the 5th floor. We got upgraded to the 4th floor. Hotel has no elevator. Nice breakfast buffet. Room Toilet is little stinky from sewer. Noisy train at night even 3 am. Construction around the hotel, so dusty. Very good service though!!

very nice hotel only problem was there was no lift and i was staying on the 5th floor so it was abit of a walk everytime i went upstairs.... very nice people, very helpfull staff! all around very good stay beach only 5 minutes walk away also shopping centre at the end of the road! very helpfull receptionist with very good english, nice and relaxed area.. rrecomend this place for a nice relaxing break

the staff are very friendly here and glad to help with any problems you might have.
have stayed here previously and without doubt will stay here again.
not too far from town and within easy reach of takiab beach which is well worth a visit.
decent sized swimming pool with sun loungers to relax on...
must be the best value for money hotel in the hua hin area...
no lift but there is always someone on hand to help with the luggage.
Restaurant Tip:
good resturant a few minutes walk from the hotel.(turn right,go over the railway line)

have stayed here before and will definately do so again.
needed to extend my stay this trip, which the hotel did direct and charged me the internet rate.
hotel is not too far from town. there is a good shopping mall within walking distance also.
takiab beach is about 10/15 minutes away on mb, much better than local beach.
excellent value for money hotel, well worth a visit...
Travel tip:
good inexpensive resturant 1 minutes walk from the hotel.
hairdressing salon not far away but a bit pricey!
mb rental 250baht per day from hotel but can get for 150/200 if you look around...

Loved the whole weekend- only problem was the proximity to the train which woke me up.
Would recommend putting heat under the food as the breakfast was served cold
