if you are a beach person the viila is very far from beach and town, if you dont have a car the location will be a inconvenient place for you. the swimming pool is big but there ia a lot of insects in it. during night time there will be insects in your room flying around.
i will not go back to the villa anymore as it is too inconvenient to travel outside and there is no eating place around the villa too

The villa is quite difficult to reach. With no location in the application of iPhone GPS nor in the google map, and no outstanding sign of the hotel, the visitors should make sure to reach there before night time (in order not to get lost). The sign of the hotel isn't clear, just at the corner to turn right to the hotel, so it is impossible to turn right in time. (If the manager of the hotel is reading this now, would you please improve it).
No parking space if lot of visitors come. The villas are located side by side with very small lane to get through. The manager allowed us to park in front of our villa, but think of the future, when all villas are reserved! There would be impossible to park there because no one can get into the inner villas for sure.
Villa, however, is really impressive. The bathroom is huge with a modern jacuzzi in the middle. The swimming pool is large, enough for a real swimming. The surrounding of the villa is very nice.
Further suggestions :
- Partial outdoor shower room with the glass window. The windows aren't one way see through, but can see through from both outside and inside. At the moment, there was building constructions around the hotel, so the workers were able to see the people taking a shower pretty clear.
- During a pineapple harvest, there would be a tractor harvest the crops during the day time and cause lot of dust blowing into the house, especially the pool. Very nasty and unpleasant time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Should search for the way to the hotel carefully because the sign of the hotel couldn't help as much.

So far away from the beach!!!

I have 1 night at Pa Prai where very good if you go with your girl or boy friend but there not practical for someone who have business or meeting trip like me. Villas has large pool with 2 bedrooms and 1 living area plus kitchen that you can cock what ever you want, enjoys. however if you need to surfing, haha forget!!!!! it this hotel not close for any beaches. I need to come back again with my girl but no more for any business trips

nice villa but bad service and dirty pool

What a disapointment. We have been there once for a family villa for 3 days. Impossible to use the pool, too dirty, what a pity, the villa is very nice. I have called a few weeks later to be sure the issue will be fixed. They told me OK. I booked so for a whole week. And when i arrived : same problem. After 4 days, i asked to change of villa i'v' got another one smaller, some tiles were broken in the bottom of the pool but we could use it.
In one whole week, no cleaning at all (even the pool), no change of towels, still a leak which was allready existing for our 1st trip ... no service.
And for all our problems, nothing to compensate except one trdaitional "very sorry, apologize"

Luxury house with space and private pool

We spend a night there. It's not far from market. Food is not your problem here.
However, sea is not far either if u know the way.
Selling point here is it provide u a villa with private pool, not just plunge pool but a real pool with a little garden, sofa set by the pool in your house where u can actually have a pool party there. It's kinda going to ur vacation house fully furnished with home theatre, kitchen and tub.
Though the deco both in and out is great, the environment and service is weak point here.
The place was inin between construction so it was not so calm on daytime. Also u have to park ur car at fhe reception area where was 5 mins walk to your villa. And i didnt see the hotle guard during my stay, so we were note sure if its security meet the standard. But we and our car are home now.
And since the hotel just opened for 4 months so its system was not sattle. But it was acceptable.
The hotel didnt provide u breakfast so u better prepare all u need to stay and enjoy the room.
Restaurant Tip:
Go for "jim daeng" its seafood was fresh n delicious.
But dont go there at noon coz u may have to wait for the queue.
