A lot of thought went into this hotel which was obvious. A perfect pool, awesome lighting, comfortable bed. I should have stayed here longer. Was here during low season so hardly anyone there it felt like my own private resort. Staff are helpful and low key. Right in the middle of Hua Hin but you would never know it.

The pool closes at like 7:00 pm or something. Not sure why. Would have been nice to take a late night dip. Probably not quite so relaxing during high season with lots more people in a fairly small courtyard space. Would have liked a kettle and coffee.

One of the nicest places I stayed in Thailand. It was a quiet, relaxing oasis after the chaos of Bangkok. Not a typical beach resort - the Sand Sky is not actually on the beach - the beach is across the road and probably not the cleanest part of Hua Hin. Glad to hang out at the lovely pool. Rooms are very well designed and bed is deliciously comfortable compared to a lot of hard as nails Asian beds. The area outside the hotel is right in the middle of Hua Hin. The night market is within walking distance but I found the market over rated. Didn't eat here. Staff are lovely and polite. I think the hotel is a bit costly on the price scale for what it actually offers and the neighbourhood it is in, but I would definitely stay here again for the charming room.

Travel tip : As you exit the hotel turn right and keep walking. You will hit a Internet cafe in about four or five blocks. Way cheaper than using the hotels. There is a laundry close by also.

Tasteful yet unpretentious design. good service. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of selection. The ocean wing seems to have better view of the beach and the ocean

Two wings are separated by a main (though slow traffic) road. Feels quite detached from each other. The only drawback I can find is that the bathroom certainly needs some renovation. It's slippery to get into and get out of the bathtub and definitely not suitable for the disabled or the elderly. Hua Hin is really nothing special and the beach is rowdy and average.

Excellent resort with a lot of thoughts and care. Design is top notch and welcoming without exuding a flamboyant feel. Located at the end of main road so the surrounding is quiet. Pool is quite good too.

Restaurant Tip : The hawker market (with a few street-vendor style food stands) a few hundred meters away (toward the direction of hua hin downtown) provides great food at amazingly cheap price.

Hotel is seperated into 2 sides.

Hotel located in a perfect area next to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants. Only 5-10 mins walking distance to a wellknown place, Hua Hin Night Market. Shuttle Bus Service to provided. DVD rental is Free of Charge. Hotel Staffs are well trained.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Completely new place place to visit - Plern Wan.
