Hotel is a poor two star, bad rooms, run down, bad food, uncaring staff.
The first opinion you have is the hotel is rundown, the rooms shabby and the impression also that the owners are catering for Thai customers eating in the restaurant rather than the hotel guests. Bad experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast just ok, Roomrate consider too expensive with no seaview.
Everythings seems fine with this hotel but don't know why seem there's something missing. I would say i'd try another hotel next time.

Clean room, friendly and attentive staff, own beach.
Sunday breakfast should be extended until 11 am.
Pool is in the sun all day, which can be very uncomfortable.
To reach the hotel you have to go through all of Hua Hin and the entrance is not easily seen, so plan for a looooong U-Turn there. Once arrived we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff that was helpful regarding questions to nearby attractions. The room was very clean and the use of real wood for furniture is quite seldom these days but here you will even find a wooden, polished floor. The bathroom looked a bit older but was clean and functional. Breakfast time for Sunday could be extended until 11 am, but that is just my opinion. All in all a very pleasant stay.
