Very nice hotel and rooms with great swimming pool.
Arrived at the hotel in the evening and had no trouble checking in. We had chosen the garden view room which really was a backyard view, hence really not as expected. Also a lot of insects/ants in the room. Friendly staff, but not very helpful and more or less fantasy prices for simple meals. The location of the hotel is not good at all, and far away from the city and the hotel does not have complimentary transport. The beach is a joke and the water was dirty. I will never stay here again.
Hotel Feature Tip : From Bangkok airport I payed 2600 baht in taxi to hotel. Back again was 2000 baht, but then one of the local tailors (Hollywood) arranged taxi. Very bad location unless you want to be completely isolated in the middle of nowhere.

- best swimming pool , very huge and clean.
- Breakfast is OK.
- Service is Good.
- Check out should allow to 4.00 pm in weekday.
- should have welcome fruits in room.
Recommend to stay at Sheraton
both family and couple of love.
You can swim all day with very huge and clean
swimming pool.
it is locate on prime location very near to Huahin Market , drive only 10 minutes or use hotel service shuttle bus.
Will come again for sure.

Great swimming pool made even better if you pay for 1st floor room poolside. Great business and good gym facilties
It's two km the wrong side of Hua Hin airport so you need a taxi if you ever want to leave the resort.
I must say that for anyone visiting from Europe/Middle East etc. this hotel would appear great value for money and cheap but in comparison to what/where else you could be then it is expensive. Being a resort, you have no option to buy anything outside of the hotel unless you take a taxi and is 3/6 times more expensive than going to a local bar/restaurant/street vendor. This hotel is ideal for the business man with his family in allowing him to check his emails/do some work on a daily basis whilst the wife/kids enjoy the pool and maybe a Yoga or Thai boxing class. Hua Hin is not cheap and is on a par with Puket. I must say that Cha-Am is much nicer, quiter with far better access to a beach than Hua Hin where you need to be staying in a beach side hotel in the centre. I thought it was poor that they charge 100 BHT per journey (200 in peak season)to go to Hua Hin centre when a taxi costs 250 max. It should be a free service from the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask them to clear the mini-bar so you can stock the fridge with purchases from 7-Eleven. The prices are ridiculous in comparison
