the service guys are not nice enough to be in a five star hotel The hotel is in Thailand but the service guys are not nice enough for the Thai hospitality. I don't know why? pls improve your service.

Wonderful swimming pool.
Nice room. The car park is quite far. The hotel is standard as a five-star hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The swimming pool view that can be seen directly from the room is wonderful. There are so many activities in the hotel even in the night time. The spa is great with many programs offered. The only thing that not quite good is the car park that take some distance for walking and the shuttle car is not adequately supply.

I am so surprise this hotel was take care baby and kids so much. There facilities have full cover of baby things such as baby bed in our room. Female and
male toilet have baby diaper change table. Baby-sitter also available during we was doing a spa. Spa treatment also unforgettable.

You can stay in the hotel all day and enjoy food,pool,fitness and beach.
Restaurant Tip : "Deck" is the restaurant in this hotel and pizza is so delicious!

Overall, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay at if you're a family with children or a couple and you enjoy spending time swimming in the pool and relaxing in front of the beach.
