These service apartments sharing the same entrance as the Sheraton Hotel are just 2 minutes stroll from the beach and two kilometers from the Palm Hill Golf Course. Furthermore, a ten minutes drive will get you to the main town of Hua Hin where guests can explore the nice countryside and temples, more than 5 golf courses, some horse riding, and the world famous place for kitesurfing. Perfect for families and romantic getaways are the 150 SQ.M suites at Sunvillas offering daily, weekly and monthly stay. The main feature of this resort is probably the private balcony's overlooking the 1.5 km snake-like lagoon pool, the longest in Hua Hin that stretches out through the tropical garden. Please note that Sun Villas are serviced apartments, with no hotel service or front office. The check in will take place at the registration office (Human Resource office), placed on the left hand side of the entrance. Check in time is between 02:00-5:00 pm only. However, if guests are checking in outside the allorted time, please kindly contact agoda customer service or e-mail directly to the hotel at least a day in advance.

Please note that Sunvillas Hua Hin Blue Lagoon is a condominium property. Each room is decorated differently and room will be assigned according to availability. Guests are advised to check in at the condominium reception.

Thanapol R. Families with older children Thailand, June 02, 2013	All nice but the staffs Large room, Swimming Pool, Location 8 Room is absolutely nice. We got a two-bedroom suites with a very large common area and kitchen. So it is very spacious and comfortable. Air-conditioning is a bit small in size and takes time to cool rooms down, but it only matters at days when you are mostly out for a trip around the area. Hotel staffs are the biggest problem and the major let down on us. We got to the hotel around 6PM and it took us 15 minutes to find the condominium office (There's no lobby and reception here). Staff know absolutely nothing about reservations and check-ins and have to make a phone call to get help from someone I presumed to be her manager. After 15 minutes of hanging outside and waiting for her to get things resolved, we got the key to our room. The next morning, I called the office for check-out just to realize that we have to pay for extra electricity charges because we have used up the 60-unit quota inclusive in the room charges by almost 40 units. I find it's very weird that we used almost 100 units of electricity over 1 night (literally from 10PM - 9AM), and there is no person checking the meter when we checked-in. I guess they get the number from their records. So I asked to see electricity bills for the past reservations. The earlier renter used just 18 units for a one night stay..but the staff insisted that I have to pay for the charges and didn't act like they want to resolve anything whatsoever. So...TIPS for staying pleasantly at this hotel. 1. Check-in early so you get to see the people knowing about checking-in matters. 2. Ask the staff to show you the electricity meter first before you're entering the room.

Couples Thailand, May 26, 2013	good self-catering place but rip-off rooms, pool and area 6 we booked this place 3 rooms for 3 nights and were very happy to be there. check-in was smooth but check out was rough. i would not recommend for travellers staying more then 2 nights here. for the first 2 nights the you will get 60 units of electricity for each night but if you stay more then 2 nights then you would have to pay for electricity of all 3 nights. this is just a rip-off. i dont undertand, why? if they can give 120 units for 2 nights then why calculate the whole. so becareful. also you should check all the towels and plates/bowl when you check-in. we did not so we ended up paying for some unaccounted things. for the electricity i ended up paying and we used it very responsibly. only in the night time for bedrooms and little day time for living-room. beware!!!

Families with young children Thailand, May 26, 2013	rip-off - will never go back, recommend to remove room, pool and balcony 4.7 i had 3 rooms for 3 nights and 4 days. ended up paying for electricity of the total 3 nights. if you stay for 2 nights then you get 60 units of electricity per night if more the 2 nights then you pay full of all the nights you stay. ended up paying for missing cutlery and towels, we were not asked to check or count while check-in and it is our fault we did not, should have. becareful, the electricity outlets are problematic too, so stay away for childrens. this property are pre-owned by some people and are given on rent to the management to rent it out so there is alot of interference of the owner with the management and they like to assume we are cheating them and bringing in more people and they come on you and blame you that you have people staying more then the allowance. we fought and make them have a head count and we were not over the limit. they just walk away with shame then. in return the management say we don't know, someone complain etc etc... it was just all lies i believe. you have to put a deposit of thb4,000 for each room so in the end no matter what and even if you did not loose your towels, cutlery or over use your electricity they still have your deposit to deduct all extra charges. will never go back there.
