Takiab Beach Resort Hua Hin / Cha-am Info
Situated between Hua Hin and Takiab beach, the location is a form favorite with the Thai royal family and many of Bangkok’s rich and famous. The four storey contemporary building is a few minutes walk from the centre of Hua Hin and the beach. Hotel facilities include a travel desk, golf service, swimming pool and coffee shop. In close proximity to the hotel resides an abundance of sea food restaurants and chilled out bars. All of the rooms at this resort are both spacious and clean, coming equipped with an array of modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Very big room and big nice balcony.
A little old, but nce and clean
I have stayed at other hotel in Khao Takiab, but this is best value for money. Big, nice clean room, nice balcony. The staff was paying very much attention to any request. Very nice swimming pool, and beach in walking distance. (about 400 m.)
And free WiFi.
I am sure we wil come back with our children.

nice big pool always clean and near the beach
a bit far out from town and if there happens to be
a holliday in thailand the kitchen is closed and
you have to go look for a meal elsewere.
It is a nice location near the beach whitch was fantastic and it is devnately the best place for swimming and relaxing . if you like night life it is a bit far from town to far to walk but if you just want to relax you will not find a better place as to valu for your money.
Shopping Tip : if you want to ga to town just go to the main rd and flag a bath bus it only cost us 10 bht to go all the way to the big centrum but when you come back just go accross the street and catch a bht bus again but they charge 20 per head on the way back.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Good position for the beach.
The new pool and area are great.
It could do with acoat of paint to clean it up a bit, mostly on the outside but some on the inside as well.
I have stayed here befor and did not realis that this hotel was not star rated. It is just a local family run hotel. I thought it was a 2 star. The family go to great lenths to keep inproving where they can and keep it up to quite a good standard. If you mention a problem with your room the next thing you know they are fixing it. I just mentioned in passing that there was a small problem on my Balconey as I went out. When I came back they had done it. I did not even complain. Great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you are a golfer there is a course quite close.
You can get a selection of boat trips from the beach.
