The jazz festival in Hua Hin is very nice.

There is point staying in this hotel when there are so many others in the area that offer service and better rates. Receptionists cannot understand English fluently, so-called room service provided by franchised restaurant in another block. Receptionist suggests one go there physically and order as they have no menu... No toothbrush, only offer one piece of hand soap, and small bottle each of bath gel and shampoo. Have not heard of elecric kettle and said they did not have one when requested. No newspaper despite earlier requeste. Stay in a hotel. This is not a hotel. I purpose had the hotel folder opened on top of television set. For the three remaining nights I was there, folder was not touched!

We only stayed one night. We had forgotten our voucher but there was no problem to check in. We told them we made a booking through Agoda and they immediatly found the necessary papers. We would definitely stay there again.
