Need to refurbish the old wing very tired building

The Superior rooms are mostly in the old wing building which the building itself need a major renovation. Tired rooms in particular bathrooms and water pressure is low. Will not recommend Superior room at all despite it all looks good on Internet! Room is clean and the location is good. Staff mostly with long faces. Cannot believe it, the pool bar close by 6pm at the dot despite guest ask for another beer. Thought Thai services is good.....??? We experienced better services in other location in similar level of hotel.

I paid $35 for a good clean room. Centrally located and about 10 mins walk to the beach. Free wifi, though poor quality. Breakfast was quite good, western and Thai.

A nice place to relax

A very pleasant hotel with attentive staff and quick service. At 200 baht for breakfast for an average breakfast was a little expensive but big rooms with modern fittings and comfortable bed made this a very nice place to stay. Views from the block we were in were not great but the balcony was huge.

Service was fairly poor at this hotel. The room's electricity kept cutting out and rather than move us, they had 2 workmen spend an hour re-wiring the entry key system.
The swimming pool was quite good, but so much space was left empty as though they didn't know what to do with it. The same applied to the room. A poor design meant that there was lots of space with no furniture. The balcony was very tiny, yet the room next door had a balcony that extended along the side of our room. Breakfast was terrible and the check out staff were very surly, bordering on rude.
