We had a great stay at this hotel. A group of friends traveled to Cha-am for a quiet weekend. Between the large, clean pool and the long, empty beach - we did just that! It was quiet and relaxing. The beach and ocean are "OK" for Thailand standards, but it was a great getaway from Bangkok. There were a lot of families at the pool while we were there, which limited the time we spent in the pool at times.

Not as nice as the main lodge but quiet and restful. The rooms are a bit old but clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is very nice, lots of choices and tables by the ocean. Swimming pool a bit small. I missed not having internet connection in the rooms. All staff were very helpful and kind.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If wifi is important to you, don't stay here. You have to go to a specific location for wifi. It is not available in the rooms.

The Regent Chalet was a really nice place. It was definitely for families so if you're expecting some nightlife, think again. Despite it being full of German families, it was still quiet and not ruined by screaming children. The food is great at the hotel but if you want to venture out for cheaper prices, there is a great local "restaurant" just to the left of the hotel on the beach. Everything is available at the hotel...for a price. Expect poor/no wifi and charges to use the phone for local calls or charges for use of their computer that has internet. There's a mart on a different part of the Regent property if you want to find other snacks. Rooms are clean though there are little ants that find their way in so watch out for leaving food out. Most bungalows are share a wall with one other and you can usually hear the television. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay but didn't think the hotel or beach area was anything special or postcard-worthy.
Shopping Tip:
Bring cash as there are no ATMs around and you might want to enjoy some fruit sold on the beach. Also, opt for a massage by locals that operate in the beach for a 100 baht lower rate than the hotels.

Shopping Tip:
Many outlets for shopping near Chaam and Hauhin. Premium outlet is better than another outlet. It sold many band,Adidas Nike Levi ..

I went with my family mom and dad (70+ ages), they love this hotel very much. Although, if you do not have your own transportation it might not be so convenient but it is very nice hotel and I have to say it is one of the best in Cha Am / Hua Hin beach area. Room is a bit old but good value what we paid.
Breakfast selection is excellent, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Swimming pool is very large and nice next to the beach.

We are family with old age wheelchair grandma(over 90years old). We booked for 2Bed Rooms Suit , This is really match our life style. This Room type is Big enough to use wheelchair till bathroom and bed. It is very convenience for my grandma, She also love this hotel. The Hotel in the Resort Type with huge swimming pools. You can walk to the hotel beach. Hotel's Breakfast Buffet is also good with many choice of foods. Hotel also have massage service with extra charge. We are enjoy stay in this hotel very much.
Staffs are also nice with good services. Rooms is clean and comfortable. We will come back to stay in The Regent Chalet Cha-am Hotel in our next trip for sure.
