Executive deluxe rooms near the sea are nice unfriendly staff, broken parts in the rooms, overall service is not luxury as they promote it and not at all a four star resort First we got deluxe room which is just overprized. The room was nothing special but e.g. the telephone was not working and we had to actually crawl to our room because there where some construction going on outside the room. The service was not very nice. Since we moved for the last night to an executive deluxe room the staff first wanted to give us a room somewhere in the back, where you don't have sea view and still some construction around. Just after insisting to get a better room more in front they accepted it. It seemed for us that they just wanted to sell that room for a higher rate. The executive deluxe room was okay with a good view. Although the tap for the bath didn't work at all. The breakfast was minimal with a never changing menu. Again not luxury at all.
The overall experience was bad and we will not book this resort again.

Room is big about 52 sq.m. and very nice decorating. Very big bathroom with a hugh bath tub. Free wireless internet. This hotel is recommended one for the best hotel in Hua Hin. Good price and good location, close to the sea with swimming pool. Very very good service minds.
Restaurant Tip : This hotel near by a famous sea food restaurant name "Je Khiew".

Room is clean and big with enough facilities. Love the bed and bathroom. Breakfast is okay. Water heater is not working!!! Hello!!..I was getting freezing in there. Can't use the tub (no hot water) SAD!!. SHold provide more parking space. THis is my first time at The Rock and also my first time using AGODA. I love the resort. Small and quite..good scenary at swimming pool. The room is cute. Bed is solf and big (2 x Queen size) wow..that more than enough for 2. I also love the bath room. Clever to use glass to seperate b/w bedroom and bathroom to make the room look a lot bigger. Anyway, some of the furniture is getting old and need maintainance.

I stayed 2 nights in the executive deluxe room. The room is so spacious and luxury. The bathroom is also quite huge and stylish. The dinning room is too small for the guests especially on the weekend or the peak season. Pool opens at 9 am. which is too late in my opinion because it is hot already. If they can start opening this at 7 am., it would be a lot better. The hotel is a bit far from the city and difficult to find because only a small area facing the main road. The dinning room is a bit small for the guests and also the pool is not clean enough. There is some moss in the water.
However, the room absolutely meets my satisfaction and my girlfriend. It is very roomy and stylish. I like the bathroom most. The bathtub can fit for two people. If you go like a couple, it would be very fantastic.

Good location with private beach/ Fully funished room / Great Pool view sea view / Restaurant close at 22.00 that i can't request for some ice after that time/ wireless internet broken during my stay Very good choice for holidays / room was fully furnished with a very big bath tub / Very well-serviced with honesty as my girlfriend forgot her ring and realised 3 hours after checking out. We called the hotel if they would be able to find it and eventually they did!! Thanks to the hotel, definitely will go back againme

1. beautiful accomodation (beautiful room style) 1. bad facility\n2. bad customer service We went to The Rock with the hope of staying in a nice hotel for our valuable holiday time. However, what we experienced did not meet our expectation. Although the rooms were beautiful, the facility and the customer service were bad. The way attendants served customers needs much more improvement. Lastly, by giving this hotel 4.5 Star rating, we seriously consider that you change it to 3 Star rating because it could mislead other travelers to believing in getting the best service unless the hotel retrains attendants and improve facility.

Nice place, good room, cordial service, awesome breakfast. Water from the tap for bath tub have to use like 2 hours and a half to fill up. At first sight, it looks smaller than I think. But when I go inside, it's way better than it looks from outside. My room is Executive Deluxe, it's really really large room, large bath room. Very nice!! And you will not get the price any where else like here, from Agoda!! Cheers.
Nightlife Tip : Definitely Have To Go To Hua Hin Market, there's also transportation provided by The Rock

Location, good sized room, lots of natural light in the room, open plan bathroom, good priced room service and mini bar. water pressure not good for filling the bath tub, shower looks good but slightly ineffective, breakfast buffet could be updated with a better selection. Experience the high life at The Rock boutique hotel in Hua Hin. The Rock has a lovely calm environment. It is situated in a quiet location away from the town. the staff are fiendly and happy to help. There is good 24 hour internet facility in the reception area. Although the pool area is small the view is wonderful. it overlooks the endless white sands of Hua hin and the bar is tended by nice pleasant staff. The spa aspect of the hotel is limited as the masseurs are brought in to your room from outside but the massages are of a good quality. It might be a good idea for the hotel to add to their spa menu and maybe offer things like yoga classes. We would have benefitted from this as it rained for the first 2 days we were at the hotel. As the hotel is a good few km away from the town a taxi has to be hired as the hotel shuttle bus only runs 3 times per day one way. Although i would recommend this hotel next time I would locate nearer the town and in a larger hotel offering more facilities.

- nice atmosphere Service is the most impressive to me...they all very keen to serve us. ( my girlfriend and I)...nice room, wonderful bathroom. Anyway, only comment that would like to say is we had to walk a bit far from our room to the beach, which is located behind the hotel.
