The room was clean. The location was good and not far from the market.
Staffs are not so nice (except at the restaurant)
My husband booked this place because he misunderstood that it was Veranda Resort and Spa but obviously it was not. The location was not too bad as it was not far from the night market and other nice restaurants. But I was very disappointed with the hotel staffs (except the lady did the check-in stuff and other in the restaurant). I didn't feel that we were welcome. Some even looked at us like we are from other planet. My husband forgot his shirt in the room and I called them the following day, no response at all.

the hotel called tuktuks for guests
old room, far away from the center, soi to the hotel looks very unfriendly
when we arrived we took the taxi to the hotel - after leaving the mainstreet we had to pass a small street, which was very dirty, to reach the hotel. The location was a bit off. The room was rather old and the hotels garden looked more like a jungle which nobody takes care of. There is a private beach but the beach in Hua Hin is not so nice. The pool looked a bit dirty. Staff in the restaurant was not very friendly which is very unusual in Thailand. I will not stay there anymore
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Check out "Plearn Van" it's a live museum which shows Thai living in the 70's

The restaaurant - well located and helpful staff. They managed to provide a snack on late arrival even after kitchen had closed

not even an easy chair to sit on in the room
The hotel is well located on the beach but access from the road is not convenient. One cannot just walk down to the main road. Room size is good and they are well maintained but the room is provided with only one chair and extra chairs not available to relax in. The first person sits on the study chair and the second on the bed! It appears the hotel only wants you to come to the room to sleep and change. There is no view except from the restaurant and its terrace. The breakfasts are good and service in the restaurant is pretty good. If arriving late - better eat and come. Nothing can be available.
