I like this hotel becoz of their interior design and location. There is the private beach, we can walk easily to the beach. But their service didn't impress me as much as other 4-5 star hotels did. After I checked in, There are a few times, some hotel staffs knock the door and in the late night time when we sleep we still see hotel staff walk around the garden near our room.

Swimming pool, sea food restaurant Sunset not over the sea, not all sea view jacuzzi suites have sea view Our stay at the veranda hotel was fantastic. The hotel is so beautiful and everything there is so perfect that we did not leave the hotel for the whole 5 days that we were there. The pool is great. There is a delicious sea food restaurant right next to the swimming pool. Breakfast is great with a huge choice of Asian and European cuisine and fruits. Rooms are very nicely designed. Great interior with elegant materials such as marble. Rooms have a DVD player. Only weak points. Our jacuzzi terrace did not have sea view, so we demanded another room which we got 2 nights later with a fantastic view. Jacuzzis could be cleaner, they are clean from the outside but not inside the nozzles which after some time produced a green foam on the water.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Horse riding and jetski are proposed at the beach. Both are worth it.

nice beach, beautiful and huge pool, nice room decoration, very tastful style. good breakfast. food and dining. the thai restaurant and bar are closed too early. not so many choices of food, house wine (italian) was very old. well, the food was great. it was very impressive at the check in counter alreasdy, didn't take you so long for check in and check out. nice breakfast, good and well trained staff. wonderful beach and swimming pool. i feel relaxed and at ease there. definitely i ll be go back there again and more than one time..

staff all spoke very good English and very helpful
shame that the jacuzzi rooms didn't have a bit more privacy and better view. We arrived early evening from Bangkok so it was great that they had everything ready for us, even a little golf buggy to take us just across the road. The staff at the poolside restaurant were great as they accommodated with food that was not on the menu, due to dislike of seafood. The only slighty disappointing thing was that the balcony where the jacuzzi was looked straight out onto the hotel entrance and there were just 2 pullalong screens which did not give much privacy. Overall though a place to really chill out.

Good Decoration. Private Beach. Coffee shop has very good view (sea view). Swimming pool is good (sea view and good design). Room is a little bit small. Rest Room at pool is more open air. You can see garden on one side in the rest room (don't have wall one side). Good Design and decoration, More private, Good sea view, parking is good, Convenience, Overall Good even though the room is a little bit small and sea view at your room may be obscured by some trees but it's OK.
Restaurant Tip : I like to drink coffee or tea afternoon near sea view at the hotel. It's very good. From Hotel, you can drive to behind of hotel and there is a seafood restaurant near Springfield hotel. This restaurant, fresh squid is very good (Squid and prawn Tom yum).

Location, location, location. The design/layout of the hotel property, pool and rooms is really nice, beautiful, soothing. We travelled for three weeks in Thailand and spent the last few nights at the Veranda in Hua Hin. It was heaven. The hotel is beautiful, really fits the definition of "boutique", but it was all very low key. Spectacular setting, comfortable/beautiful rooms/premises. We had a "sea view" room which was ground level, stepped right out on the pool, and out to the beach. Really spectacular.

-Very good service from villa butler Breakfast area is a bit small and very crowded. Villa is very previate and secluded but well serviced from the butler. All the facilities are very well prepared and I am impressed with a very quick turn around cleaining service. It is not inly suitable for the romantic couple but also nice for th efamily with kids. However, the location is quite far away from Hua Hin.

Attention to detail sometimes lacking We stayed in the Jacuzzi room for 3 nights. Very nice room indeed, good size, nice styling, good aircon. Clear highlight of the resort is the pool area though with its infinity look that falls off right on the beach. The food is quite good and decently priced for a hotel. Happy hours for drinks are part of the game and offer good value for money. While the beach is probably the best in Hua Hin, it is not as white and smooth as at some of the other destinations in Thailand. Overall, I can fully recommend this resort as one of the best value for money options in Hua Hin / Chaam.
Shopping Tip : Along the beach, the laundry services offered are significantly cheaper than the hotel offer.

Staff are nice, well-manner. Variety selection of food.Clean room and with tropical tree around resort . You may see some room get "crack" on bahtroom or wall or floor. Day bed lying on the beach is not properly taken care or cleaned. A good escape to enjoy or romance. You can relax on the beach or put yourself into jacuzzy pool.

Usually left on a hot plate stewed. lighting in bed room poor. looking a little tried in parts and needs a coat of paint. Helpful friendly staff. Excellent pool and and lovely ambiance. Excellent breakfast Enjoyed a very relaxing beach side holiday. The location of the hotel is great if you want to avoid the crowds of Hua Hin . However makes it expensive if taking a cab or using hotel shuttle service to get to Hua Hin and the hotel shuttle service times not the most convenient.

Quiet Hotel, with a nice swimming pool and beach. Service was excellent Some reeom views are not spectacular and the hotel is not in walking distance to many proper restaurants We greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very firndly & helpful. Room was nice and in good order. Only complaint is that we had to reserve a seat on the shuttle bus into town (15 min. away) and had to pay for this.
Hotel Feature Tip : While the hotel has a spa, you may want to try one of the massages available on the beach right next to the hotel.

Decoration, Location, Swimming Pool, Friendly Service, Breakfast. The room size, Parking space. The thing that i like most goes to the standard of the business. Veranda Resort & Spa offers customers with good decoration, Clean room, service-minded staffs (People such as parking security, front desk staffs, room maids, restaurant staffs, room service staffs, and etc are all friendly. Staffs always look in your eyes and smile, say hello. I reserved the @sea room type and when i was there, they gave me 3 choices of rooms that give different types of views, then i selected my best one which made me so happy. During the stay i can walk around and take pictures any where i want and staffs also helpful. also the welcome drink, fruit basket, good night cookies were impressed. It seemed they have a really good team work. The breakfast also really good, various types of quality and delicious food offered. I wanted to eat them all but it's impossible.
Bathroom is big and nice.
Swimming pool is better than many hotels in Hua-hin.
The room is too fit. Sometime, it seems too small. But it depends.
The parking space is not my problem but i think it is too limited and there will be a problem if there are just little more cars come.
