I like the surrounding and the whole design

I like the resort surrounding is quiet and with pretty sea view.
But i wasn't impress with the staff, esp the manager, because they the resort, i suppose they will provide with tight shuttle bus schedule to main town. But all they provide is just 3 times a day which is totally not enough.
And when i asked if they can help to call us tuktuk or taxi, they refuse to call tuktuk which is cheaper. They said can provide taxi for us. We originally thought they help us call a city taxi like taxi. In stead they told us to pay first, which is 400 Baht, like $12 USD, for ten minute ride to main town.
And at the end, their so called "taxi" is their own car. So actually is their "shuttle bus service".
I wasn't pleased because it's definitely over-charged and they didn't make it clear that they are the one who's charging us.
I especially wasn't pleased with the manager. She didn't explain clearly with different service and charge us extra money for it.

Stay here for 2 nights and what we looking for is somewhere close to the beach and the resort provided just that. There were limited number for breakfast selection and and main dish you have to order. We stayed in Suite Sea Terrace where it facing the sea which was great.
