value for money would be more reasonabe if....
broad area with lawn seeming unbounded, and with
significant part beside the Kwai River which is surrounded by green plants.

1.Although the area is covered by lawn seeming unbounded, many of the trees are not bushy enough and not green enough (probably due to dry climate during the Winter season).
2.There are some trees with flowers seeming unique in the world.
3.Value for money would be deemed reasonabe should there be no house sitting right on the bank of the river, i.e., value for money would be reasonabe if the walking track is closer to the river and does not yield to any house and is free from views of miscellaneous stuff around.
4.Swimming pool is deep enough and seems clean.
5.You may try to pick some fruit (I don't know its name, but I saw it in many well-known markets) from some trees if you like sour taste. May be you can eat the fruit instead of meals.
