Hotel staff of Reception, Front office cashier, Bell Captian and Restaurant is very much co-operative, smilling and service oriented.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Helfire Pass, elephant treking in jungle and rafting experience one should not miss.

Enjoyed stay. Good tours to Hellfire Pass, death railway, and Tiger Temple. Would recommend booking through the hotel as company they use provide excellent service.
