Very pleasent surroundings. Nice rooms and good service. Cashier needs attention. Time to checkout took far too long as bills were checked, double checked and triple checked. The hotel has a very pleasent surrounding on the banks of the river. Restuarants were well run with nice staff. The major problem seems to be the cashier-in-charge, who checked every bill in the folder after being checked by the other font desk staff. All this should have been done perhaps days before!!! Location of hotel is an issue if you do not have a car, however, the facilities were adequate within the hotel.

Spacious room, good and friendly service, counter and restaurant staff understands English. Basic feature like toilet and basin needs maintenance. An authentic resort with traditional wooden wardrobe and furniture though a bit old. Just 8 km away from town and by the river. Evening dining overlooking the river is a real relaxing experience.
The washing basin water seeped through the edge and get your feet splashed every time you use it. Basic maintenance must be looked into.
Hotel Feature Tip : Open terrace overlooking the river in the evening is best for a romantic dinner.

A very quiet and peaceful hotel located right on the river. Spacious grounds with a very pleasant, helpful and courteous staff. Good food and service add to the overall eperience of this property. None really, I guess the only con (if you could call it that) would be the distance from town. You are approx. 5-6K. outside town proper. The entire hotel and property is quite beautiful and very peaceful. The grounds are immaculate, pool is spotlessly clean. Rivers edge tables add a pleasant place to relax with a snack and or beverage. Rooms are very clean and spacious, very well appointed with balcony views of the park like grounds. For my mind, this hotel provides one of the best values/stay we found in our entire journey throughout Thailand. Would highly recommend and most definitely stay again!!
