This is a budget hotel. The rooms are okay and vary. The first room that I stayed in had a bed that was bowed. The staff were happy to move me to another room. The Internet sometimes drops out. Staff had a bad day when I first checked in, but she apologised after that for her behviour. It was okay, but probably better value around at this price.

I stayed there two weeks. The room was basic with aircon and balcony. There was a television but no english channels. No hook for towels or wardrope. Fifi didn't work well all at the time. Breakfast was basic but only 90 thb. Too much noise because of the doors. You had to slam the door to close it. The family of the guesthouse also made quite a noise at the yard. The yard and te garden was very cosy.

You get what you pay for here, no more and no less. Good location on the main strip, easy access to a variety of cheap places to eat. Staff not welcoming or friendly but plenty of places just round the corner that were. Nice to have air-con for such a low nightly rate. Didn't try the restaurant.

Great location, just need to sort the staff out

A good value room but the staff were terrible. We arrived in the afternoon and asked me to pay again, even though we had made a booking.
The room was large but 1 of the lights did not work, so needed a head torch to read in the evening.
There was constant shouting going from the staff, an unruly child living there who loved to make lots of noise first thing and last thing, which echoed into the rooms.

The Manager was very friendly. She able to provide and assist especially on tour information. Room i stay was very clean eventhough is small. No smell or insect disturbing escpecially sleeping time. Will recommend friend to stay there.
