The staff are great and their English is good. The beds are comfortable and rooms nice. Breakfast was nice. I would however book my tours myself as on the full day tour everyone else paid baht and we paid baht.

Great hotel with excellent service.
Good room, great breakfast's, good location and superb views.

This is a hotel resort of lovely simplicity and peacefulness. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, helpfull and most welcoming, they even knew who we were as we arrived in our car. Check in was very smooth and everything was really well explained with all our bags immediately delivered to our room.
The place is set in very attractive garden surroundings and a great location overlooking the River Kwai. You can see the death railway bridge or "Bridge over the River Kwai" quite easily from the restaurant and is within easy walking distance and there are other attractions also nearby. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience looking out across the river and next to the swimming pool with some good breakfast choices. There's a great river balcony chill out spot.
Our room was very clean with all the amenities expected and all working well, I suppose the only comment I'd make about it is that it was a little on the small size but it wasn't really an issue. Overall a great place, well worth staying at and good value for money.

A really friendly group of staff who gave the hotel a great vine. Great views of the river and mountains. Free bikes to borrow are a really convenient way to get around as the famous death railway bridge and relating museums are a short ride away.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stay a few nights and visit hellfire pass and erawan falls. Take the bus or hire a taxi - book a taxi through the hotel but only to the bus station. Once in the car arrange a price with the driver to your real destination otherwise the hotel take a commission and you will be quoted a higher price

THe place had really small european type rooms - but really lovely tasteful and they have thought of everything. We were wondering why so small but the grounds, pool and river are so fantastic you don't need to spend time in the room. The staff were just fantastic, the food was brilliant and we enjoyed our very laybacked weekend away
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
THe River Kwai is still amazing....

Very happy with stay, rooms a little on the small side but did not bother me as only sleeping there. Friendly and helpful staff with great location in view of the bridge.

We were a party of ten and we went there to celebrate my birthday. From the moment of our arrival through to our departure, the staff were wonderful. The hotel is beautifully positioned on the River and everything is new. It is within walking distance to the Bridge and a great location for touring the area. The breakfast which was included in the price was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel: it was our third visit and definitely not our last
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the Erawan waterfall and the Tiger Zoo.
