Pool, great service, location - close to Khao Lak town/shops Standard across the board for upmarket resorts - they do not include service and government charges in menu, so expect to add around 10% to prices at the restaurants in the resorts. My friend and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. On arrival at our room we realised we had been upgraded to a pool villa which was amazing! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the pool was just amazing with a great waterslide as well. There is a great kids club for those with families to entertain.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We did the Khao Sok full day adventure which was great. It included an elephant trek, kayaking and traditional thai meal.

Nice swimming pools. Beautiful beach. New Year's Gala Dinner is away too expensive. We had such a nice vacation in this resort. The service is good overall. The lady at tour desk was helpful. Food is okay. We enjoyed Happy Hour from 4:30-5:30 every day. Also there are many inexpensive good restaurants and shops on the main road. It is about 10 min walk to the main road from the hotel. We really liked this resort and Khao Lak.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We went on day trips to Similan islands & Surin islands. Incredibly beautiful scenery and such clean sea water. Excellent snorkeling places. I really recommend these trips in Khao Lak.

great Spa, beachfront location Good hotel, beautifull, but expensive. great Spa.
The location is great. Right on Nangtong beach, a few minutes walk to main street where all shops and restaurants are.
When we arrived, they could not find our agoda reservation. We had to go on the internet to show the reservation. We had to pay for 1 hour internet, even though we only used 5 minutes, and they made us show our reservation on the internet.

There´s nice restaurant on the way to town named Happy Lagoon with good food and inexpencive prices. We ented up eating there most of the times with kids and always were happy with our food. Service was bit young and not too friendly but overall we recomend. Also had loundry done there for 50 baht per kilo.

Very good location, 2 minutes from Khoa Lak, and large rooms. Personnel de l'hotel trés always available with a smile. Lighting in the room for improvement, especially in bathrooms and water temperature of the pool too hot. Hotel an excellent value for money to advise all those who want to spend a dream holiday close to beaches and naturelles.l hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the city center which allows the evening to go for a walk in the many small shops along the city before choosing one of the many restaurants where you eat very well and cheap "A 4 a meal with drinks for about 12 €" The hotel offers all possible excursions at prices not more expensive than external agencies, or even less expensive. for lovers of diving there is choix.le the hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful, always ready to satisfy you.
