Great value for money. A lovely resort.
Location, breakfast, overall resort facilities.

It was very good from check in to check out.
The only issue was the aircon didn't seem to work properly and leaked all over the floor . But they sent someone quickly .

Very good relaxing stay at a lovely location, breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Shame about the busy main road that runs through khao lak but there is no noise from it at the resort.

a very limited room service menu was the only food choice after 10:30pm. The bar closed at 11:30pm. We were advised the local town was 15 minutes by taxi, but were offered no option to book one. Actually the town was a 5 minute walk. Breakfast consisted of very little. Late check-out was offered at 1000baht per hour!! From 11:15am I was asked by no less than 5 people when I would be checking out, despite having confirmed with reception that checkout was 12pm. Bascially we were made to feel most unwelcome.

Great stay due to its great location.
Large room size, great beach and great restaurant by the beach.

We arrived early i.e. 10am but refused check in by reception although we believed it is not fully occupied. So, we've to find things to do for the next four hours. When checked into room notice aircond is leaking and inform the accompanying staff immediately, but told us to complain to reception. This is not acceptable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

A great room with separate bath and shower, very spacious. The resort is well laid out with nice gardens and lots of comfy sunloungers on the beach with plenty of shade. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was varied and good quality. Plenty of bookshelves around with good variety of books that could be borrowed.

We stayed the first time in this hotel and we loved it. Food was also nice, but they obviously have a problem with beef. Beef was always quite bad. But beautiful rooms, nice gardens, perfect location at nice and clean beach. We will stay there again.
