IMPORTANT :
Under Construction : Khaolak Sunset Resort will be constructing a new two-storey building to house 14 Deluxe Seafacing rooms. The site is beside the Superior Building, and thus the third and fourth floors of the Superior building will be closed at this time.
Validity : 7 May - 15 Oct, 2008
Renovation : Construction will take place about ten meters from the Superior building from May 7 until October 15, 2008. The Deluxe building is about 50 meterse from the site and there will be no visual disturbance to the Deluxe rooms. All facilities will be functional as usual. Construction will take place daily from 8 am to 5 pm.

Not in the center of Khao-Lak. A 20-minute walk or a taxi ride for going downtown.
