The pool and the hotelarea was very good. We waited one hour for the dinner and although we told that we would have no spicy (we like spicy) we wher almost burning!!!
The breakfast was good.
A little to far away for us. The hotel was good but we are not coming back. It doesn´t fit us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : White sand beach.

Too few people in the bar. Very friendly people, good service and nice pool area. We spent the Christmas evening at the hotel and the food was good. We were just missing an own beach area, the beach was on the other side of the road, but the hotel had no services at the beach.

hotel staff was slow and not very friendly We stayed at the Western Palm Galleria Resort with 3 other families. The rooms were satisfactory but the location was not great. The beach is across from the hotel but it is so rocky you need to walk at least 15 minutes down the beach to sit. It was not a great beach for small children and and a pain to carry everything you need so far. The staff was not very friendly and the service at the resturant was horrible. The facilities were getting old and the pool deck was quit dangerous as it had rotten wood that you could step through. While we were there a child from another family did step through and cut her leg.

Visit Krabi great beach town for families and couples look at Ao Nang Burri Resort
If you go to Bangkok look at Bossotel.
Restaurant Tip : Trust the food in Restaurants in Thailand kitchen hygiene and cleanliness is much improved on 10 years ago. We enjoyed meals from 50 bart to 500 bart.

Clean spacious room, receptionist data ค่ะ good swimming pool, beautiful ค่ะ. The decor is perfect. Into the sea not ค่ะ How convenient. Hotel clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Is perfectly organized. Especially the swimming pool. เลยค่ะ be that much. The breakfast is Bup List all food available to many good ค่ะ. The sea environment is not fussy
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : With white sandy beaches. Away ค่ะ name white sand beach is small. A restaurant nearby. Sit at ค่ะ charity.
