It's easy to find the hotel, nice location, nice food, nice room but my room has a building view no sea view at all.

The room is just too small. Bad service in restaurant especially they saw us as a Thai guest then they ignore us. Too many families in hotel, quite noisy.

If you would like to have nice, clean room and good service, you can book this hotel. But if you are Thai guest, you will be treated in a different way.

Kind staffs with best service and the beatiful beach right next to the resort

None.

It will be your best choice if you decide to go to Khao Lak. If you expect tranquil relaxed vacation at the beatiful beach within top quality smiled service, Ramada will suit for all your expectations. It's luxuarious and tasty!

Restaurant Tip : Try the best coconut milk soup at the restaurant nearest one from Hotel entrance. you won't regret~

Great pool, fantastic breakfast, beautiful grounds.

WiFi didn't work in our beachfront bungalow.

The prearranged hotel mini van picked us up at Phuket airport, but this cost about A$60 for 2. The service was very good and when we complained about one of our air conditioners not working and some mould on the ceiling, there were people fixing this within an hour and we receicved a voucher for a complimentary dinner. The food was reasonably priced and good quality, but drinks were expensive. Breakfast had the biggest choice I've experienced anywhere. The beachfront bungalow was huge! The bathroom was massive! We had a great view, from our floor to ceiling glass doors onto the balcony, and saw rainstorms approaching over the sea, then a quick shower and sunshine again.

Shopping Tip : You can buy beer, wine and chips/nuts just outside the hotel entrance for about a third of the price of the mini bar.

Close to Open Market. The hotel is very new and modern style.

Got to check the schedule whether the similand and surin Island are open or not because if they are closed then you can't visit the Island while staying at the hotel.

Great hotel....good breakfast and free Wifi in room plus LCD TV.

The beach was clean and beautiful

Only the villas had a real ocean view unless you hung over the balcony railing.

They had nothing with an ocean view that they could give me, only the villas had a real ocean view unless you hung over the balcony railing as far as you could without falling off. I highly recommend Khao Lak for a beautiful beach but not this hotel if you want an Ocean View. Staff could not speak english well so it was difficult to get anything correct.

Travel tip : Oui at the beach massage to the very left was the best. 2 hour massage for $12 USD to melt you away. Also the first restaurant on the left at the beach has excellent food for 25% of the cost at the hotel. Highly reccomend the small beach restaurants.

Location at the beach. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had. High comfort.

Lack of Thai atmosphere - could be located anywhere in the world. Excessive prices for food and beverage.

We stayed three persons in a Deluxe seaview room. Spacious and comfortable. We lacked the Thai feeling in the hotel. The nice, but contemporary architecture could be placed anywhere in the world. Reception staff were struggling with English. Otherwise the staff was were attentive and service minded. Outstanding breakfast buffet.

Travel tip : Restaurants and Thai massage located to the left on the beach with high quality food and treatment - to one third of the price in the hotel.

Our room was smelling bad and had waterstrains on the wall. As we were there out of season, it was extremely quiet and nothing for people who like to stroll around in the evening, shop or snorkel. At breakfast guests were not dressing appropriately or walking around in swimmsuits where other people were eating.

Restaurant Tip : Mama's restaurant at the main street is good and cheap.

All in all we had a brilliant time at the Ramada and would return. We had two childred aged 8 and 11 with us and they found the beach and pool (and the TV and wireless internet availability) perfectly adequate in the absence of any organised childrens activities.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We went on a day trip snorkelling to Similan Island. It was fantastic and well worth it.

We had a really great week in Khao Lak and the Ramada was big part of making it all enjoyable. The rooms are large with well-laid out bathrooms, if perhaps in a slightly anonymous minimalist style. The design of the blocks means that you're not overlooked, even if you haven't opted for a bungalow - no peeking over the balcony into the next room at this hotel. Like every hotel in the tropics it fights a constant battle with the elements, and there were just the first signs of peeling varnish on some of the woodwork. The hotel fronts on to a sizeable stretch of Bang Niang beach. The water wasn't absolutely crystal clear, but we were there just after the rainy season with the rivers still dumping a lot of silt. Finally, we just have to mention the staff, who were consistently helpful, friendly and polite - a real credit to the place.

Hotel Feature Tip : If you do want to splash out on a private bungalow, this is the hotel to do it at. Of all the hotels we saw on Bang Niang beach the Ramada was the only one whose bungalows really did front on to their own private stretch of beach.

Family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 boys aged 13 and 16, stayed for 4 nights after 8 nights in Phuket at Club Med. Arrived at the hotel to a warm welcome from Tik at reception. She checked us in with a welcome drink and no fuss. The entrance to Ramada KL is attractive but when you get to the top of the stairs the view overlloking the pool and ocean is stunning. It is relatively low rise- 3 stories of rooms in a U shape with the reception area in the middle. It has a very contemporary feel and being new is very clean. The tiling and colour scheme/interior decorating really appealed to me. We had booked 2 interconnecting non-smoking ocean view deluxe rooms. We were given adjoining rooms as no interconnecting were available- this was OK for us as the kids are older, but would definitely have been a problem if they were younger. We didn't pursue it further as we didn't want to change rooms after a day or 2 with only 4 nights there. Our rooms had 2 double beds per room (would have preferred a king for us, which we would have got if we had got the inter-connecting rooms). The rooms were really spacious, well decorated and well appointed. The linen was very good quality as were the towels in the bathroom- fluffy, very white, nice smelling and bath sheet in size. All of the website pictures are very true to what you get. The shower was great, hot, hot, hot water and great flow. The tub was huge and all the tap ware very modern. Great toiletries, really good quality soap and quality shampoo and conditioner, sewing kit, shower gel, etc also supplied. There was also a little card in the bathroom with a list of things you could request such as toothbrush, razors, shoe shine, etc. The tV was good, big screen and lots of channels. WIFI was also easily accessed, we had 2 laptops with us and had no problems. Room also had an electric jug, coffee/tea, etc. Mini bar was supplied at reasonable charge and we used a couple of things. We had bought a small bottle of gin at the little shop nearb

The hotel is very nice and for the price I paid, it is the best hotel in terms of price performance There is not too much to do around, unless you like to go to some waterfalls that are not far. The rooms are very good. I recommend the ground floor. The major issue that I didn't like was the drainage system, it wasn't functioning so good and you could smell it.

Town of Khao Lak is a good hotel is a minimum.

Dirty buildings. House below the level of customer service staff. No SPA technology to reduce fraud was easy when you want.

I saw the sea dirty pretty dirty to see the roof of the building I booked a room with ocean view. SPA Shower booth or come to a word without a voice when the shower is used, the treatment was pretty sloppy. SERAPISU the other hand I do not even request the additionBring the people of the two as an apprentice to a practitioner, who has been in half the time this is a person. SPA is the first time so bad. Feel so bad next to the La Flora went to the SPA . Ramada La Flora of SPA is the lowest compared with the attitude and customer service technology.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Next to La Flora is better to stay at the hotel.
