Extreme high level of service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Proactive is making your stay amazing.
The Tented Villa is highly recommended. Unique in its design and atmosphere.
We had the privilege to stay at the Kirimaya Khao Yai resort for a short stay of two days. We stayed in the famous Tented Villa, which is unprecedented in terms of design, atmosphere and luxury. The complimentary tea-drawn bath is a very special perk. The resort looks out over amazing views of golf course between mountain silhouettes and jungle wetlands. The design of the resort is inspired by nature and creates a feeling of stepping into a hidden sanctuary. It is truly a very beautiful place and I can recommend it to people in search of something special and luxurious.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Khao Yai Natural Park - very close by - jungle tracks along waterfalls. Monkeys, deer, crocodiles and if lucky, Asian jungle elephants.

very nice scenery, 5 stars, good food
the walls are quite thin, so you can hear sounds from next rooms
Very nice resort, and very well maintained. Food is good. environment is nice. rooms are quite luxurious with small balcony. the only bad thing was that the rooms are not sound proof. Sometime you can hear the TV from the next room, or sounds of the poeple in the next room, which can be a bit annoying. This is the second time to this hotel. The first time was 4 years ago, and the rates were 50% cheaper. I don't know why the rates increased, but there were not that many people at the resort. For the same standard hotel in Samui or Phuket, the rates would be 30% cheaper.

Luxurious but without any needless affectations
This was my second visit to the Kirimaya and it was well worth it. The staff are friendly and very professional, the setting peaceful and green and the rooms perfect. The place has that great balance of seemingly effortless quality and grace yet you know that a lot of thought and care has gone into making it so. It's well worth the money if you want to treat yourself.
