Sak Phu Duen Hotel & Resort is close to Bangkok, just one to two hour driving from Bangkok.
The hotel is quite old (more than 10 years of operation) and the room is not clean.
Sak Phu Deun is not far from Bangkok. Only one to two hour driving you will see this place in the midst of mountain. However, though the good location, the hotel looks old and not clean. It needs lots of cleaning and improvement for the surrounding environment there. The swimming pools gets dirty and shows that they do not make cleaning as usual. It's a pity that there is a wide area in the resort, but not being taken care. I think this hotel is not a good choice for foreigner or local people who need nice and beautiful accomodations!

I dont like "tourist" hotels and this hotel did not have any except us, when we were there. It was the low season. Perhaps that is why it was very quiet. There were other hotels that seemed closer to the word "resort" in the title, but I liked this hotel.
