ตอนเช็คอิน ที่เคาน์เตอร์ บอกราคาที่ัพัก 1,200 บาทต่อห้อง พอแจ้งว่าจองผ่านทาง agoda จนท.ทำหน้างงๆ แล้วคุยถามกันเองซักพัก เหมือนไม่ได้เช็คข้อมูลการจอง ต้องรอซักพักใหญ่ (หน้า web บอกว่าราคาโปรโมชั่น ลดจาก 2,5xx สรุปว่าจองกับ agoda เท่าราคา walk in ) รู้สึกเหมือนถูกหลอกนิดๆ
จองห้องเตียงคู่ ได้ห้องเตียง twin
วันเข้าพักเงียบมากเพราะแทบไม่มีคนมาพัก ถามจนท. บอกว่าเน้นกลุ่มลูกค้าสัมมนากลุ่มใหญ่
ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า แอร์ปรับความเย็นไม่ได้ หนาวมาก
อาหารเช้า เลือกสั่งได้อย่างเดียว สั่งเพิ่มเก็บเงิน
