Hotel is in good location and only about 15 minutes drive from the airport. Surprisingly the tuk tuk drivers were useful and easy to negotiate with to go out. The staff was very helpful and professional to deal with.

*Deluxe Room was big was and we were on the top 18th floor with great views; worth the extra money. *nice breakfast buffet *airport pickup at arrival hall with van already waiting as i figured i'd have to call them upon arriving

• Restaurant Tip : The Lighthouse restaurant outside the hotel towards the 7-11 has a nice selection of Thai and farang food.

This hotel is located at the center of Khon Kaen. The price was about half of that of Sofitel near this hotel. Breakfasr was very nice. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel staff was friendly but somewhat non-professional. When I asked the staff to fix the door of the closet which had been broken, he assured me with smile, but not fixed within my stay of 3 days.

Hotel situated at a good place with a lot of shopping etc possibilities in the sourrounding. Good breakfast and kind restaurant personell. In hotel Karaoke and Disco entertainment. Nearby also other Night Clubs etc.

Reseption not registering room according to confirmation and prepayment. Oldfashion English type bathroom facilities. No handshower and Bide shower hose 0,5m too short. NONE SMOKE signs to be put up. TV system not working well.

• Restaurant Tip : In the sourrounding many small bars and eating places with very nice service and good food. For example Leo's Pub and Bar and at the same street next to the department store the small Steak House.

good break and holiday, and good food and massage. Able to find good wantan mee. Need not go to Hong Kong for dim sum and wantan mee!

Khon Kaen is a historic town. Worth visiting, especially the dinasours' museum and national park. Has good local flair and local food. Surprise to find very good wan tan noodles that is equally compatible to Hong Kong!
