Hotel is good. Dissapointing service

Stayed here a few times. The last time wasnt with Agoda, but I had an issue with security (full car park and he watches tv in the lobby !!.......he has his own carpark office). Not impresssed.
Ok this time, lots of baggage, here with a baby. No help ! OK.
Called to reception to ask for an extra pillow (to bolster the baby) yes ok but we charge 50baht !!??. Cups for warming/cooling her bottles again 50 baht. Dont bother !!
All through this the owner is sat watching tv in the lobby, no welcome on arrival, no smile, no nothing. Equally, as said I've stayed here a few times and I would think service to all let alone a repeat customer (previous)

New and very nice hotel.
Price is very low and the rooms big and clean. All new from November 2011 and well maintained. Fullfil our needs.

we enjoyed the stay and for a very reasonable price for four nights. no english speaking person in the reception. problems with the flow of hot water through the hot water maker and needs to be adjusted regularly during your shower but after a few days you find it out so not a big deal. the shower head can’t be adjusted to farang height as it was mounted for thai average height. breakfast was toasts and marmalade and bananas, fresh juice, coffee and tea.
i will recommend this hotel as i recon the minuses are of a low character. we will stay here next time we get to khon kaen again.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant named RED with a big wooden wine barrel near the lake has some greater food and the beer & Whiskey are cheaper than in the shop!! Live music entertainment and not to loud.

i enjoyed staying at this hotel, and found it to be a great deal in khonkaen compared to other hotels in the same category. the one thing that i was bothered by is that booking on agoda was actually more expensive than the rate advertised outside the hotel . if you need a good night's sleep, this is a great place to get it. it is a bit far from the city center, though, so don't count on walking anywhere unless you're interested in the kk university area, which is nearby.

スタッフが親切でレンターの調子が悪い旨を伝え確認してくれとお願いしたら心よく確認してくれた。ホテルから車で５分のところにBIG-Cがあるがコンケーンの中心部から離れている。コンビニは徒歩３分のところにある。また、アゴダの地図は間違いでそれではホテルに着かない。部屋は広く綺麗で禁煙、トイレにタイ式のオシュレットがない。インターネットは無料で接続状態はよい。ホテルで食事はしてないのでレストランがどこにあるか知らない。
